I’ve used DGP for the last 7 years for various jobs including bathroom fittings, kitchen appliances and the recent job was connecting a new rad to the system. Every plumber I've used at DGP have been super professional, very friendly and courteous and always leave the place clean and in tact. Good plumbers are hard to find, grateful for knowing this firm!

We have been using DPG for a number of years now. They have put in a new boiler for us, modernised our heating system with new radiators, thermostat, etc. put in a dog wash shower outside, do the annual boiler service, and in between respond to our sometimes frequent cries for help! Burst pipes, leaks, no hot water.....we have had the latter two in the past couple of days. Dan is amazing and responds to emails so quickly, then comes to sort out the problem so quickly too. I call him the 'fourth emergency service'. If we aren't going to be in we just leave him a key so he can let himself in! He's totally reliable and very cheerful and friendly. Can't fault DPG in any way, and definitely deserve top marks!

DGP were our preferred company to work on our boiler replacement. Old boiler a closed system including water tank was the original for a new build completed in 2007 and a make and type no longer serviced etc. even by the manufacturer! Changes in legislation had proven challenging for those around us in seeking much needed replacement of the same system. We sort 6 quotes and opinions, Dan was the most thorough in his assessment of our need and possible solutions to avoid significant changes to location etc. the quote was competitive and the most detailed we received providing us with assurance all avenues had been considered and included as a final costed project. The work was scheduled for 3-4 days but was completed in 2! Dan and Luc planned the work perfectly arriving when they said they would and treating our home with respect. They worked non stop and we were amazed how much happened in the first two hours with all deliveries arriving and scaffolding erected by third party. It was great observing how well they worked together demonstrating to us at least how much they enjoyed their work. The quality of the work we could not fault it was exceptional , they were extremely tidy at all times. For what could have been the biggest job carried out in our home with most risk and potential stress, their approach and management proved this concern to be just that and never a reality! I strangely am looking forward to winter without worry re boiler surviving the season!

DGP identified and fixed long-term issues in our old and complex house. They applied logic to work out issues, making sure that the work they did got to the solution. Dan diagnosed and ensured the job was completed. Luke was tidy, courteous and very good at his job (and 10 minutes early!) on both visits. Good value for money as a result, getting the entire system working without major upheaval.

The time from quotation, which was highly detailed in what was going to be done, and starting the work was very quick. The DGP team of Luc and Jack were very proficient and completed the job of replacing the old boiler and fitting the new one within a morning. They were very tidy and personable and I would certainly use them again and recommend them.

After receiving several quotations from boiler suppliers/installers we chose DGP and were very glad we did. Their quotation was competitive and their timetable ideal. The old boiler was removed, the area made good and the new boiler installed and commissioned in 3 days. The DGP team were highly efficient, extremely clean and tidy and very personable. We have had no follow up issues and we are 100% satisfied with the teams workmanship. We would have no hesitation in recommending DGP for boiler or other plumbing jobs.

Work commened on the agreed date and the final cost came in on budget. Dan's team did an excellent job. They were informative, polite and tidy at all times. I have engaged Dan many times for work on a flat which I let out and have always found him professional and reliable. I would certainly recommend Dan and his team without hesitation.

I have now used DGP twice and have been very happy with their work. Fitting a new outside tap and repairing a faulty flush in the toilet the first time then creating a more convenient pressure control on my boiler the second time. The team, Dan, Luc and Jack worked well together and gave a very competent attitude to their work. I would thoroughly recommend their services to everyone.

I had to have my flue replaced which required boxing in the kitchen to be cut out and layers of floor boards up stairs to be cut and lifted. Luke and Sam arrived exactly when I had been told they would and set to work quickly and efficiently whilst keeping me informed of progress at all times. They told me what they were doing and why, answered all my questions and asked if they needed anything and they cleaned up each day before they left. Luke kindly helped replace ornaments at high level. Dan arrived to check on progress on the first day. All in all a job well done. I don't know if it was good value. It was an expensive job but it was efficiently and competently done so I'm very happy to recommend DGP.

Very pleased we chose DGP Heating and Plumbing to replace our ancient boiler. It wasn't a simple like for like replacement but Dan and team (Jack and Luc) did an excellent job coping with the various challenges. I had an outside tap installed with an adjustable thermostat under the sink so I can have different temperature water outside. So tidy under the sink and just one single outside tap all looks so neat

I have used Dan and his team several times and have always found them exemplary. Without exception they are polite, professional, and efficient. I contacted them on this occasion to fit a new toilet for my elderly mother-in-law. A difficult and sensitive job as she lives in an old period property (so not straightforward) and has dementia. Therefore we needed this to be done as quickly and efficiently and with as minimal fuss as possible. Dan found an excellent solution to the practical problems of installation and the team were in and out in a day. The whole process exceeded our expectations and we are very grateful. We had quite a large job undertaken including removing 3 old boilers and replacing them with a single commercial boiler. They combined 3 separate heating and 2 separate hot water systems to upgrade our whole house heating and hot water. We also switched to mains pressure throughout the house from old cold water tanks in the loft. I was amazed at how straightforward everything was (at least from our point of view). They arrived on time every day, worked hard and left everywhere tidy. They completed the job on time and all the pipework and design of the new pipework runs were as good as it gets. I have no hesitation in recommending Dan and his team and would to thank Luke and Jack for their hard work.

Dan and his team did a great job removing our old standard boiler/hot & cold water tanks and installing a new combi boiler. They were here on time every day and kept us informed as to progress every step of the way. Will be using DGP again for future plumbing requirements. Definitely recommended.

Dan and his team did a fantastic job replacing our pressurised hot water cylinder and moving it into the loft to free up space in the main bathroom. Dan ‘s plumbers arrived on time and were polite and tidy. Nothing was too much trouble. Extremely happy with the work done and I would thoroughly recommend them.

Dan and his team fitted a new Combi boiler to my existing central heating pipes and removed the hot and cold water tanks. I really liked Dan's quietly spoken, calm and very knowledgeable approach which is why I chose him. Also, his price was very competitive and his quote was thorough. We needed a condense pipe fitted and rerun from our combi boiler to the SVP. Dan provided expert advice and recommended the best solution for our heating system, which included fitting a pump to discharge the condense waste. The work was carried out on time, professionally and with minimal disruption. We were very happy with the quality and standard of service we received from Dan and his team. They were courteous and professional at all times and they left the site clean and tidy. Earlier this year Dan and team responded at short notice when my hot water cylinder sprung a leak and water began running down an interior wall. An initial investigation took place within an hour of my call and the hot water cylinder was replaced two days later. When an air lock prevented one of the radiators from heating up properly after the system had been drained, a member of the team came out to fix it without any quibble. This month (June) the latest job involved replacing two old radiators in the hallway. It involved chasing out a concrete floor to fit the new pipework and considerable effort. As always I find that DGP Heating and Plumbing Ltd provide excellent service, turning up on time, clearing up after the work is complete and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

This is the third time we have had DGP to do work in our house, and we are as delighted this time as we were previously! They have installed a new boiler, new rads in our large house, and most recently a brand new pressurised water system. After years of the water crawling out of our taps, we now have a system which allows us to run a bath and a shower simultaneously! It was a very involved job and took several days. Luke and Jack have been with us for all the three jobs, and previously Dave as well. All have been amazing! Not only extremely clever...how do they know where all those pipes and fixings are supposed to go??!...but they are really lovely guys. Friendly, kind, funny (in the nicest possible way!) and extremely considerate. Everything is left tidy and neat at the end of the day. Really we could not rate them any higher, and would highly recommend the company to anyone!

Dan did a great job, coordinated with the tenant to agree a date and time, arrived on time and followed all the safety standards. He kept me updated, explained what he saw and made recommendations based on fact. I would strongly recommend Dan and DGP Heating.
