We live in a big old house and I joked with Gary that we had 5 loos only 1 of which actually worked properly - Gary came to fix two of the others and had to make multiple visits to get the jobs done but now we have 3 working loos - hooray! Although very busy Gary kindly fitted in his visits, during evenings and on a weekend, in order that we didn't have to wait months to get the work done. He's a very tidy/clean plumber and does a very good job. Costs are not cheap but that was not a surprise - my understanding is that his rates are typical of good plumbers today. I will happily call upon him again, if/when in need, and just hope he's available.

Domine refitted an awkward old bathroom and created a lovely new shower room. Gary provided excellent service, from his initial visit and quotation to the final tidying up. He had clever suggestions to improve our design and fitted all the plumbing and associated decorations beautifully, taking on board all the constraints we imposed. He coped with difficulties in supplies of materials and unexpected pipework but kept to his originally quoted price.

Gary went above and beyond to sort my issue with my bath. I found It all super confusing so Gary ended up speaking with the manufacturer who I previously ordered from as well as actually fixing the issue so we could get to a fast solution just in time for me to sell my flat!

They gave a very reasonable quote to install a bathtub in our wet room. He also fixed a broken tile and resealed the grout with mastic. He was on time and did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend and hire him again!
