I recently cancelled a yearly maintenance contract because I was dissatisfied with the service provided and the cost. Gary's company have just serviced my boiler and my radiators and for the first time the whole system is working perfectly throughout the house. The work took about 2.5hrs and Gary came in the evening, after his full working day, to help me out. The toilet couldn't be used and I needed it fixed before several guests arrived for Christmas. It was complicated but he did a great job and I am so grateful that he gave up his evening to get this sorted for me before Christmas. He tidied everything up - I disposed of all the rubbish as he couldn't do that at 9.30pm which is when he finished. I was recommended Gary by some friends and I had seen his work at their house - I would definitely use him again and recommend him.
