As a retired health professional I would highly recommend this company.I thoroughly researched the stairlift options.This company offered the best value for money.The assessment process meant we had it installed within a few days Advice support and information was clear .Yearly Maintenance was kept up to date and Removal was to suit my convenience.It was easy to use,compact, comfortable and swivel transfer made it easy for my elderly disabled mother to use independently. Sally,company admin was friendly,supportive and always returned your calls promptly.

Communication with Sally in the office was easy and efficient. All was arranged very speedily. The engineer arrived today at the estimated time, calling first to confirm his expected arrival. The curved stairlift was fitted in a few hours with minimum disruption and the hall was left tidy. The instructions for use were clear. I have used Easystep Stairlifts before for rental and was happy with their service and their prompt installation and removal so contacted them when I needed one. Their service was exceptional again and fitted and installed so quickly by Will. Choosing to rent again as it gives the flexibility to have it removed when not required any longer. I have recommended them quite a few times to friends who were needing a stairlift and will continue to do so. So happy with this company.

From enquiry to fitting, the service has been first class. Luke fitted the stair lift and was professional, knowledgeable on every level and friendly. The price is surprisingly low considering the customer service and quality of product. I am extremely pleased and totally recommend Easystep Stairlifts. Had to have a stairlift taken out and scoured the Internet and found these guys. Very professional from start to finish and could not fault them at all. We needed to hire a stair lift for a few weeks after my wife fractured her pelvis. Easy step gave me a quote consisting of a fixed price for installation and subsequent removal, then a recurring rental. The quote was fine so we accepted. The two lads came when they said they would, fitted the lift in 40 minutes or so and left the place very clean and tidy. The lift worked well and did it's job for a month, and when it was no longer needed, a single lad came and removed it, again, when he said he would. Again, left the place clean and tidy with some advice on how to get the bits of the carpet that had been flattened back to normal. Everything was easy, the company were pleasant to deal with, the price was reasonable, and they came when they said they would. What more do you need?

We would like to say how impress we were with the service we received. We contacted the company and spoke to Sally with our request for a stairlift to be fitted asap. Sally suggested a product and was able to arrange for it to be fitted 5 days later, by Mark. Mark was very professional and explained how to use the equipment safely. This has given my wife more independence. We are extremely pleased with the equipment provided and have no hesitation in recommending this company. Once again, many thanks to Sally and Mark.
