At Embers we believe that your selection of a new fireplace, which can be a stunning focal point of a room should be as individual as you. Here at Embers we don't simply sell fires and surrounds, instead we provide solutions. We pride ourselves on our attention to technical requirements, our customer's needs and the use of the room.

They supplied a new grate for my 40-year old fireplace, which was a specialist part difficult to get hold of. When it was ordered it came in and was slightly too wide, they very kindly ground it down to the right size without charging extra for this. I am absolutely delighted with the service I received. They were very quick and very informative, no worries at all. I would recommend them to anybody, they were very helpful.

They fitted a new gas fire for us last year, we are very happy indeed! We went to their showroom, the guys were very helpful and they did the job well, no mess and no fuss. I needed a new fireplace, Embers came to assess my property, they examined the chimney, roof and made a recommendation for what I needed, as well as made sure everything was safe. They gave excellent information, advice and assistance at every stage. They were extremely courteous, a lovely little company who were easily contactable, they were efficient from beginning to end. The work done was thorough and as clean as possible. They took my old fireplace out, relined the chimney and did work on the roof. The guys did an absolutely excellent job, a first class experience! They were so polite and helpful, did more than was expected, I am very impressed. They were just fantastic, they paid attention to detail and safety, it was a pleasure to have them in the house. They were flexible to work around me, their professionalism, knowledge and experience made them worth every penny. Trustworthy traders!
