Essex Heating Services is a family run Gas Heating and Plumbing Company that has operated for a number of years, providing quality services to the Domestic and Commercial community within the Essex region.
We are a Gas Safe Registered Company and can be found in the Yellow Pages and Thompsons Local Business Directories within the GAS SAFE Registered Advertisement.

As a local company we can respond very quickly to our customer’s requirements whether that is for a complete Central Heating Installation or a Leaky Tap. In all instances we provide a friendly, professional cost effective service and use manufacturer’s parts.

I wanted to replace a toilet flush system with a higher-quality system. Despite some initial doubts about the feasibility of what I had in mind, after a visit involving a thorough investigation of the issues involved, a mutually agreed solution was quickly found and executed by the highly competent and knowledgeable Taylor within 6 working days of the initial visit. I found the firm to be highly efficient, well organised, very approachable, understanding and friendly. Email communications regarding progress, etc., were excellent throughout. Highly recommended.

As previously, he set about his work in a very professional way, was courteous throughout, and was very helpful in a couple of peripheral water related questions. We recently had a new boiler installed but ceased working and therefore did not have heating at our commercial premises. I contacted Paul at Essex Heating Services who was quick to respond to my initial enquiry, provide a cost and a date to assess the situation. I was also kept informed of any changes to my appointment and anticipated arrival times etc. A chap called Taylor arrived, super friendly and knowledgeable. He advised that the boiler is under warranty so that would be the first point of call, however he cleaned up some debris with in the gas cylinder which seems to have solved the issue entirely! I was impressed with the level of customer service and such a friendly team. Thanks all at Essex Heating Services!

Having Carlos visit to perform our annual service and heating system check is arguably better than the annual visit of Santa cluas. Yearly highlight , not to be missed. Very happy with having them look after our heating and boiler needs. On time with great communication.

I have used Essex Heating Services previously, and as always they do very good job servicing the boiler. They also looked into an issue I was having with the heating system and returned later in the week to fix it. Always personable and ready to explain exactly what work has been done.
