Flatley Heating Ltd responded quickly to our request for a service on our gas boiler, despite the Coronavirus situation, and we were given an appointment for their first day back at work. The operator phoned to let us know he was on his way just prior to the appointment time. He observed the current regulations around coming into our house, was polite and considerate and he carried out the service to our complete satisfaction, giving us advice about our boiler. We thought the charge was very reasonable and we would not hesitate to recommend this company.
