The whole process has been seamless. After my 4 quotes, I decided to go with Garage Doors as they are a local company and I found Keith to be genuine and knowledgeable, although they were not the cheapest. The timescales provided were exactly how the works proceeded. After the initial deposit was paid, we received an installation date after 2 weeks. The fitters turned up on time, and within 3 hours I had a new fully functioning garage door. There was no damage to the surrounding area that I could see, even though we were expecting a significant amount. The guys gave me a run through with the remotes, the manual pully, and the fixed remote on the wall. Couldn't ask for more. Worth every penny!

We contacted Garage Doors as we wanted to upgrade both our front and garage door as part of the refurbishment works on our town house with regards to appearance and insulation. After discussing the options with Garage Doors, a survey was completed by one of the companies fitters who talked us through all of the options following which we placed an order. The doors were supplied and fitted as arranged in one day with no issues. We were particulary impressed in the way everything was kept clean and tidy during the work with all waste materials being cleared and taken away. The quality and finish of both the garage and front doors are outstanding. We would thoroughly recommend Garage Doors to anyone wanting a quality service.

Having just had a rather disastrous en-suite renovation complete the week before I was not in the mood for another home repair. However, the installation team showed up and within minutes it was clear they knew what they were doing. They had the job completed in a couple of hours and even tidied up and re-hung my bike rack - way above and beyond. I would go as far as to say this was the best, and easiest, home repair we've had done. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Contacted Garage Doors (London) Ltd on the strength of the prior reviews. Had an initial visit from one of the fitters who measured up, upon receiving an informal quote via email I queried the details and was advised by Keith he would send 'one of his best fitters' to double check. A week later another visit from his fitter to measure up again, who at the time seemed to be knowledgeable and provide recommendations that were understandable. A revised price was sent over email, with a request for a 50% deposit payment. However, there seemed to be reluctance to provide a formal quotation or pro-forma invoice with the full work breakdown. Having made clear my understanding of the agreed work breakdown an invoice eventually was sent, though still rather fully on the detail. All the same payment was made. A month later the door has arrived from the factory and a fitter arrives on-site to install. This is where everything went totally downhill. The fitter complains that the door is too big for the opening. He has a copy of the email thread regarding the order and the detail of the work breakdown as I understood it to be (and wasn't contested at any stage prior). The whole encounter left me with little confidence with the company, trying to address the matter with their office was a nightmare and they didn't seem to care too much about the inconvenience caused. Eventually, my deposit payment was returned and doubt I will hear back from them again.

Keith at Garage Doors (London) Limited was a pleasure to work with. Even during 'lockdown' he came to measure up promptly, and again when we changed our minds on what we wanted, but it was no problem, and the electric roller door was fitted on time, within budget by two experienced workmen to whom nothing was too much trouble. They worked quietly and quickly, and came back to fit an edge strip to 'finish off' the work. They were extremely tidy and took away the old door. Highly recommend this company.

From start to finish everyone I dealt with at Garage Doors Ltd were very helpful and knowledgeable about what was required. They offered a better alternative to what I originally requested. The quality of the doors that we choose were as described. A date for the fitting was discussed and agreed. The fitters turned up when advised an were very professional.
