We understand that television viewing is an integral part of your home entertainment. Our aim is to ensure you enjoy the best and most reliable reception possible. We are specialists in the installation, realignment and repair of Digital TV/FM/DAB Aerials, Satellite Dishes/SKY +/SKY Q/FREEVIEW/FREESAT. We also provide new cabling and Wall Mount TV Sets. All our engineers are Industry Qualified and have up to date training throughout the year. We only use top quality equipment prolonging the life of systems, therefore benefiting our customers and being cost effective.

My mast head amplifier became water-logged so stopped working. Geoff said freeview signal has been increased, so rather than sell a new amplifier he bypassed it. He was not fazed by the high-up location of the aerial.

I contacted GMI aerials to arrange an additional aerial socket. Michelle was friendly and courteous and arranged for Geoff to call to review. I was provided with all pricing options to cover the scenarios which might occur - from replacing all cables and the aerial to adding amplifiers to boost the signal. Geoff arrived, identified what needed to be done and did the work quickly and professionally - going above and beyond. In the end, I did not need a full replacement of the aerial and Geoff explained everything and checked all the work. Geoff and Michelle are professional, friendly, courteous and fair in their pricing. I thoroughly recommend them to anyone who needs help with TV aerial work

Contacted GMI via email following Storm Darragh, which finished off our 40-year-old aerial. Next morning GMI confirmed our preferred appointment time (12/12/24) - arrived on time on the day, job done to remove old aerial and install new aerial very quickly and efficiently (45 minutes). We are very satisfied customers and would highly recommend GMI.

We called GMI Aerials out to diagnose a strange interference that even the BBC couldn't help identify. Geoff was with us in two days and would have been quicker if I'd been in. He identified the problem as a very old signal amplifier causing problems with 4g and 5g signals, and also identified a faulty socket on another TV that we hadn't recognised as a problem because of the major interference. He renewed all the faulty equipment with no mess and was friendly, polite and professional throughout. I'd wondered if we needed a new aerial but he checked and assured us that we didn't, avoiding several £100s more cost that another installer might have charged. Superb service and great value.

Our external roof aerial had survived for over 40 years, but was increasingly insecure and potentially dangerous. Our experience with GMI was wholly trouble free. The appointment was made earlier this week, and Jeff arrived, assessed and priced the replacement installation at an acceptable cost. The installation was concluded in around an hour, and he checked that the reception on our TVs was at its best. We would happily recommend.

I contacted this company during the week of 4th April 2022. Arrangements were made for an engineer to attend the following week (13th April) Dave looked at the situation and immediately identified that one of the 2 aerials I had was not required and that the other one was disintegrating. He gave me a quote there and then to remove existing aerials and their cables, remove all unnecessary cables and fit a new aerial. He found a major fault with the main aerial which had been causing me problems which was good for me to know. The work was completed and he removed the original aerials and cables etc from my property. He made sure the signal from the new aerial was good. In fact it was excellent. Dave was an absolute gentleman. I would strongly recommend this company. Polite, Courteous, Respectful of Property and Professional.
