Gregor Heating were brilliant. I had just come our of hospital when our boiler broke down. We were having a cold spell of weather & they made us priority. They offered us heaters as the boiler could not be repaired, to use until the new boiler arrived.

From survey/quotation to completion - 7 working days, beating all other competitors by 3 weeks. Work carried out to a very high standard by competent, professional and friendly personnel. Total installation removal of existing boiler system, 2 days and no mess! All office staff also superb, friendly and helpful. Would recommend Gregor to everyone. A fantastic company!!!

Work to replace a gas boiler/pump/controls was carried out quickly and with minimal disruption. Good to see an electrician who takes care and that wiring is tidy and unobtrusive.

Well the chaps, Aston and apprentice, Charlie, were great. Aston was very experienced in his job, and really not being that old, he took pride in his job, using levels for making sure pipes were plumb, bent pipes to shape instead of just right and left angles. Made good all old existing pipe work, fitted all the old holes in walls and floors, and cleared up any mess. Would recommend Gregor's, for sure.

Arrived on time, very polite young men. Worked hard all day without a break for lunch, they ate while still working. Very informative throughout day of installation. One snag even though it's all small issues, the towel warmer in bathroom, even though not fitted by them, but they had to flush system cap, was not replaced. But still a pleasure to have met these guys.

Received a quote from Gregor Heating but with no break down of what each thing cost. When I contacted them to ask if I could get a break down I was told “it is not our company policy to give a break down of the quote. As I was not happy with this the manager called and gave approx costs. It turns out there was an extra approx £400 that I was told is their “mark up”. It was over Christmas I had been without heating for 2 weeks and could not get anyone else so quickly so I did end up going with Gregor Heating and the Work was fine. On this occasion I was desperate to get it sorted but would think twice again for two reasons 1) the mark up & 2) having to push to get a breakdown of a quote instead of having it in writing. I feel everyone has a right to know exactly what they are being charged for. Overall the work was completed with no problems.
