Gregor Heating

After our boiler breakdown in December we were delighted with the service we got from Gregor Heating. Everyone was helpful and professional. Our engineer Mark was brilliant - a credit to the company - he was very thorough, and knowledgeable and he executed the work with the minimum of mess. Thanks to all concerned

Due to a gas leak I was without heating or hot water - not so good with my wife having just come out of hospital. Having previously used Gregor for a boiler installation contacted them to see if an engineer could call. Paul arrived within 2 hours and proceeded to identify the source of the leak and go ahead and make this good with the minimum of fuss and disruption. At all times he informed me of what he was doing and why and patiently answered all my questions. Heating and water restored, leak repaired, wife happy. Excellent service and will not hesitate to use again or recommend to others.

Having struggled to find good service from a number of 'professional' contractors, we decided to go to a recognised firm and definitely were not disappointed with Gregor, they were excellent. The two chaps that came over, Craige and Jordan, were excellent and were great representatives for the company - polite, knowledgeable, hard working and more than happy to help. We would use the company again because of them. It was good to see that Jordan was an apprentice and was given time and support by Craige as well as having a training day. Was good to see the commitment of the company and the more experienced staff. There were problems around the invoices but the staff in the office sorted it quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend using Gregor.

Having no heating or hot water for over 2 months was pretty hard going, Gregor couldn't come out to install as quickly as we'd have liked, but they came very quickly to do the initial quote. Once the plumber arrived, he made the disruption of having the boiler replaced super easy (almost pleasurable!) and Mark specifically was a delight to have in the house. I wasn't here when Mark left so I was unsure about how the job would be finished off, however when I spoke to Sarah in the office this afternoon she very quickly sorted exactly what was happening and called me back to reassure me that all would be finished. The delay is a little bit of a pain - I need to dust after the ceiling was pulled down but can't until the new ceiling is installed - but I'm just happy we have heat and water again! So far we have had nothing but good experiences with Gregor, and we would absolutely recommend them to others. I'll update as the services they provide carries on.
