We knew the work required would be challenging but the engineers discussed and listened so that we were all in agreement about how it should be carried out. (Where the pipes should go etc.). The installation was professionally done and we were well looked after with heaters supplied etc. Every person who came or answered the phone was purposeful and helpful. Well done for customer service.

Due to a gas leak I was without heating or hot water - not so good with my wife having just come out of hospital. Having previously used Gregor for a boiler installation contacted them to see if an engineer could call. Paul arrived within 2 hours and proceeded to identify the source of the leak and go ahead and make this good with the minimum of fuss and disruption. At all times he informed me of what he was doing and why and patiently answered all my questions. Heating and water restored, leak repaired, wife happy. Excellent service and will not hesitate to use again or recommend to others.

My wife and I are both in our mid eighties, and in December my wife was taken into hospital. On the 13th Dec, my old Ideal boiler gasped it's last and I was told a new boiler was needed. A relative told me about Gregor Heating. I rang the company the next morning, explaining my predicament. By 2pm the sales manager came to see me and within a half an hour the quotation was composted, printed, and in my hand. The quotation was accepted and installation was arranged for 19th Dec. The installers arrived just before 8am and was completed by mid afternoon. I cannot thank everyone enough at Gregor for their commitment. Finally, the work was completed before my wife returned from hospital.

Having struggled to find good service from a number of 'professional' contractors, we decided to go to a recognised firm and definitely were not disappointed with Gregor, they were excellent. The two chaps that came over, Craige and Jordan, were excellent and were great representatives for the company - polite, knowledgeable, hard working and more than happy to help. We would use the company again because of them. It was good to see that Jordan was an apprentice and was given time and support by Craige as well as having a training day. Was good to see the commitment of the company and the more experienced staff. There were problems around the invoices but the staff in the office sorted it quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend using Gregor.
