Gregor Heating

I needed to replace our gas boiler and I needed a company that would give me 24/7 cover. We have used British Gas homecare service for over 30 years and have been well satisfied with their service. This time I wanted to buy a Worcester Bosch boiler but unfortunately British Gas were not very competitive so I used Which? Trusted Traders and found Gregor Heating to be the one to suit my requirements. They sent a very nice surveyor to check over my heating system and recommend a suitable boiler and a written quote was received in the next 2 days. We paid a deposit and the gas engineer from Gregor’s arrived on the due date and time and all the necessary parts were delivered. The Gas engineer made a first class job of installing the boiler the same day-their electrician came in due course and did all the electrical connections-so everything was working OK by 4.00pm. A few days later their builder arrived to make good the ventilation pipe hole in the wall. We have a 30 year old Bradstone house and the builder, using one of my old Bradstone bricks made and excellent job of bricking in the hole and the mortar he used married in to perfection with the existing. When I looked the next day you would have thought it was part of the original build. Well done Gregor Heating-you carried out an excellent installation. I used to run a shop where we prided ourselves in the motto 'the shop where service and advice still counts'-this is equally true to be said about Gregor Heating.
