Gregor Heating

We replaced an old conventional boiler with a combi boiler in our house. It was a wonderful 'Gregor' experience throughout the installation process --starting from the sales quotation, the survey to the actual installation. I am genuinely impressed by the open and online (email) communication and the way various teams were kept up-to-date with the job. The installation was completed to the highest standard adhering to the two-day schedule on time. I have no hesitation, whatsoever, in recommending Gregor Heating and am pleased that I made a decision to go with them. Thank you!

This is the second time the church has used this organisation and they maintained their professional standards. The work was to install a replacement boiler in the church hall and this was carried out in a timely manner on the day agreed by us. The work was carried out professionally and the work area left spotless. An excellent job, I would recommend them to anybody looking for this type of work to be carried out.

Following the failure of by elderly boiler I sought competitive tendors for a replacement including Gregor following a recommendation from a neighbour which turned out to be the best in all respects. The proposal for replacement which included the update of the heating and hot water system was expertly assessed and the subsequent work was undertaken in a professional manner with due regard to the upheaval involved. At ll times due regard was paid to cleanliness and protection of floors and carpets and a full test of the revised system undertaken and demonstrated on completion. Unfortunately subsequently to completion the original radiator valves which were retained failed involving a return visit and the further necessary work which was once again undertaken with care and and consideration to my satisfaction. I have no hesitation in recommending Gregor as a first class organisation for excellence in all respects.

A competitive and clear quotation was left with me to decide in my own time. The office staff I spoke to were helpful and efficient. The installer was polite and obviously knew what he was doing. He arrived earlier than I expected the first day, but explained that it was to avoid commuter traffic, so I knew when to expect him on day 2. The installation was done in a very neat and tidy way and everything was cleaned up afterwards. Three new radiators supplied by me were also installed and the installer checked with me at each stage as to the positioning of each one. The electrician also checked with me as to where the switches should be positioned. Thorough post-installation testing revealed that he had inadvertently crossed the hot and cold pipes, but this was quickly corrected! When subsequently a problem cropped up with the flue, rendering the boiler unusuable in an unseasonably cold and wet June, everyone moved fast to ensure that the problem was corrected as quickly as possible and I also received a follow-up call after that. So all in all I am happy with the service I received.

Oh dear where to start? Connor arrived on time and was very polite and explained what was going to happen. All went well until Connor went out to fit a soakaway for the condensation pipe. He found that under the gravel was solid concrete we are having John come round with jack hammer on Friday to finish the work there, he was very nice and polite too. What seemed like a simple new combi boiler for old went downhill rapidly when doing the testing Connor found we weren't getting enough gas to the boiler. He explained all this to us and went above and beyond to get it all sorted today. So having lifted numerous floorboards to find our gas pipe was too narrow and he did say he could walk away but said it wasn't the right thing to do. He replaced it with wider pipe and put all boards and carpeting back down. We are so glad we went with Gregor and would highly recommend them. They didn't do a hale arsed job.

Gregor heating were great from start to finish. They provided very sensible advice, provided a competitive quote and completed the work to a very high standard. They were professional and willing to go the extra mile to provide a very high standard of service. We were very impressed.

A new boiler installed on budget and on time. Tradesmen and office staff very polite and efficient . Always treat your home with respect. I am already a Gregor's regular customer and would be happy to recommend them to friends and family. Any problems are always addressed promptly.

I had a back boiler removed and combi boiler installed by Connor, he arrived on time and was very polite and considerate, he cleaned up his work throughout the day, an excellent service would highly recommend and could not be more pleased by the work he done It was completed within the agreed schedule, he was very patient when explaining how it all worked. Connor made me feel at ease and talked me through each stage, considerable different to work I’ve had done previously which has left me anxious. Connor is a stand out employee to Gregors

Installed two radiators (one of which we supplied) to existing central heating. Excellent communication beforehand, covering quote, payment and agreeing date. Additional site visit after quote gave reassurance. On the day, work completed to my satisfaction, neatly and efficiently with some helpful suggestions and flexible approach. Good value and left cleaner than before.

Very pleased with Callum who was the main fitter for my new boiler. He removed our old back boiler and resisted the new combustion. It took two days but was very polite and cleaned up afterwards. Would recommend this company.

Very pleased with the professionalism and quality of the installation by the Gregor team. They arrived and finished on time, and were friendly and helpful throughout. I would certainly recommend them. The only problem I had was being elderly I thought our main engineer (Connor) said his name was "Colin" and called him that throughout the job but he was too polite to correct us. Only when I signed off the job did I notice my mistake - sorry Connor!

Gregor completed a whole new central heating system for us. Everything went according to plan and we have no complaints at all. We are very pleased with the work and the team were very professional and courteous.
