We were pleased from the start. The members of staff arrived on time, they were professional, and did a good job. The engineer fitting the boiler worked very hard, especially as it was a really hot day. Cleaned up any mess made. Any rubbish was removed.

Gregor installed our new boiler. They were prompt in giving their quote and were the lowest. There was a small issue with what had been quoted and they upgraded at no cost. They fitted our installation schedule which was a bit tricky with dates. The installers and everyone we dealt with - were friendly and professional. An electrical issue which arose was corrected within hours of raising it.

Getting a new boiler/heating system installed can be a bit of a minefield, with so many traders offering this service. Having had a poor experience with a certain major player in the industry, I looked for a local firm with a proven track record and a proper aftercare service. Gregor Heating weren't the cheapest, but I'm very glad indeed that I went with them. Mark was conscientious, friendly and took a real pride in his work, carefully explaining each step of the installation so that even a dummy like me knows how the system works. Everything was completed on time and the boiler works like a dream. The 10 year guarantee on the Worcester Bosch model is also very reassuring. Highly recommended.

I had my boiler, radiators and existing pipework replaced in June 2018. Dean did the initial survey, took us through the options for controls etc and prepared the quotation. I was so impressed that I did not look for alternative quotes. The idea of being in the care of large, established firm was a big attraction. The actual installation was done by Conor who looked young (like policemen do these days) but was very professional and obviously knows his trade. He had help on some days from Craig and Dave. They are all careful and conscientious workers who are a credit to their company. Despite having to lift carpets and floorboards we were left with a tidy house each night and the whole job was completed in the planned timescale of four days.

Installation of new central heating boiler following removal of old boiler. Installation team arrived 7:30am as arranged, laid dust sheet on stairway and carried out work. Very efficient and professional. Clean and tidy work. Explained and tested system. Installed then left and rubbish and old boiler then removed after removal. Electrician attended and connected system. Instructions given and left with me. I could not fault any of work and all went to plan. Excellent service and I would recommend.

We were impressed with Gregor Heating from the outset. They were very efficient, prompt and clear in their dealings with us in every way during the initial contacts and getting the quote for the proposed work (installing a new boiler but in a different location from the old one). Wayne, who came out and did the survey was very helpful and made a number of useful suggestions about the installation. The new boiler was installed by Ash who was worked very quickly, cleanly and kept in close communication with us every step of the way asking our opinion and how we wanted the fitting to go ahead. There was a slight problem the day after the installation but this was quickly resolved after a phone call to Gregor Heating.

An old gas back boiler and hot water tank were removed, additional piping to new radiators with appropriate valves was fitted and a new gas boiler fitted in the airing cupboard. The survey, check before installation, fitting and later boiler checks were all done very efficiently, on time and on budget. Great care was taken of my house by the engineer Mark G who was waiting outside ready to start on time each day. I was kept informed of progress each day and received excellent aftercare when a problem caused by another trade troubled the boiler.
