We are a local, family run business based in Ashton Under Lyne, Lancashire. All our engineers are Gas Safe registered which means they have been certificated by the official regulatory body to make sure they are competent and qualified to work safely and legally with gas related appliances in your home.
HEH are Level 2 Worcester Accredited Partners. Our engineers have received training by Worcester Bosch to install and maintain their products. Because of this partnership we are able to provide you with their industry leading parts and labor guarantee.

From start to finish, I cannot praise this company highly enough. They arrived on time and as planned, work done was excellent including diagnosing and replacing a stuck valve for the hot water part of the system.

On time to the minute for appointment. Very polite, pleasant young man. Patiently answered a few questions i had to check i was operating system correctly. As usual cannot fault the excellent service received. Been a customer for quite a number of years and would recommend heh to anybody.

This job was a routine boiler service, but also included a gas safety check on a property which my daughter has recently purchased. I have used HEH since they fitted my boiler 10 years ago. As usual, booking my service was straight forward. The girls in the office are always very helpful. Our engineer arrived on time, and I really appreciate the text service, so I know exactly when he will arrive in my given time slot. The work was done without fuss, in a professional manner. He gave me good advice on issues with the gas supply earth bonding. While he had to isolate the gas fire, probably due to debris falling down the chimney and settling on the burners, he explained that a service would resolve the problem and this could be done by HEH. All the work was completed and documented and for a reasonable price. I always feel happy and safe with the work done by this friendly, professional and efficient firm. I have since asked HEH to do further work at my daughters home, to improve heating control and management for her. The price quoted should pay for itself within a couple of years, in reduced heating costs. Thank you Andy and your team.

HEH replaced my boiler and radiators in my home 2 years ago. The job was done at a very reasonable price and the installation team were superb. They provided with me a fully detailed quotation and explained everything clearly. During the installation itself, they kept me informed of all the work as they were doing it, keeping the work areas (and my carpets!) clean. They finished ahead of time and everyone involved was extremely courteous and professional. January 2023 was the first annual boiler service, which went equally efficiently. In December 2023 I received a text message to remind me that my next boiler service was due in January 2024. I rang the office to make my booking and was given a choice of dates and times from which I could pick the most convenient. Immediately afterwards I received a text message confirming all the details of the booking. On the day itself, I received another text message confirming the booked time slot again, and another text message advising when the engineer was actually on his way to my house. When the engineer arrived, he was extremely professional & polite, asked if I had any problems or questions he could help with. Once he had completed the service and left, within a few minutes I received a final text message thanking me for using HEH. All my dealings with HEH have been a positive experience, with everyone including the owner, the engineers and the office team all being extremely helpful and courteous.

Three days ago they came to replace a stuck valve but unfortunately it seems the new part was faulty and the boiler then stopped working in the middle of a cold snap ( -7C last night). Although clearly very busy with many call outs in the cold they came and fixed the problem and got our heating back within 3 hours. Great service.

Late yesterday afternoon, we had no hot water and central heating. The HEH office line was closed, so I rang the emergency mobile number. I spoke to George, who was brilliant, a credit to both himself and HEH. He asked questions, explained what to check for and said he would come round in the next hour. George was superb, very helpful, friendly and efficient. Also, very patient with us seniors, as it was all our fault, we had accidentally turned off the fuse switch! Thank you and Well Done George.

From our old boiler packing up on Tuesday, receiving a quote from Andy and booking an appointment with Louise, to our new boiler being fitted on Friday the same week we can not be more pleased with HEH for the service received. Definitely a ten out of ten. We received a text to say the engineer was on his way he arrived minutes later before 8.00 am, the engineer Ethan was so lovely and polite and such a hard worker, he never stopped all day until 6.00 pm. He did a fantastic job, we are so pleased, he is a credit to the company.

From start to finish, I cannot praise this company high enough. After our old boiler thought Boxing day was a good day to fail, I contacted these guys. Their surveyor called on Thursday 4th Jan 2024 at the time agreed. After explaining all our options, without trying to push us down any particular path, we opted to go down the combi-boiler route. As promised, his quotation arrived later in the day. I called the office the following morning to accept the quote and they gave an installation date later in the month (We had other means of heating and hot water, so we were not completely desperate). Later in the day, I received a call to say they could fit the system starting Monday 8th Jan, due to a cancellation. The outcome? .... old system ripped out, including all tanks, pumps and valves and a new boiler and associated pipework changes installed and fully working by Wednesday 10th Jan. Oh, and they replaced three radiators in the bedroom that had seen better days! All in less than a week, from start to finish. First class service from a first class team.
