When we decided to upgrade our bathroom and boiler, we spent a lot of time looking for the perfect team. This was, by far, the largest undertaking we'd ever considered for our home, so we wanted to be thorough and work with someone we trusted. When Rob arrived to survey the house for the quote, we found someone both thorough and trustworthy. We were very impressed with the detail, care and openness he brought to proceedings during our first meeting and that didn't let up during the entire job. Everything was explained with clarity, and if things were complex for us to understand, Rob's drawn diagrams made things easy. The job evolved - as we expected work on such an old house to do - but every single complication the team encountered was solved with enthusiasm and hard work. The team - Bryan, Sam and Karl - are a credit to Platinum Plumbers. Always on time, always smiling, always gracious - we had a good time. I had a problem with my kitchen gully/drain. When Rob rang me I explained the problem and I was able to message a short video to him. He saw the solution and arranged for Carl to visit as soon as possible which was less than two hours. He fixed the problem in under 2 hours which involved a rerouted pipe and cementing the wall. The quote given was kept. Carl was very helpful and explained everything.

I had a spoon drop into my waste disposal unit and get thoroughly jammed. The unit had been installed a short while back by Platinum Plumbers. The men arrived on time and did the work so that we are able to use our waste disposer again. They cleaned up after themselves so you would hardly know they had been in the kitchen. We've used numbers of plumbers over the years and this firm is easily the best of them

I had a gas boiler fitted yesterday and I was impressed with the slick proficiency and professionalism in which they carried out the work. They were polite and courteous. Kept me well informed and they did as they said they would do, they were timely, no fuss, trustworthy, clean. Great customer care. Worth every penny. I would certainly recommend them

Following a phone call which detailed the scale of charges and the likely process of identifying and remedying the water leak, a member of the team arrived at the allotted time. I, however, had my phone switched off and missed the doorbell and the messages. Once I realised what had happened, I phoned Rob back and he had already arranged for someone else to come out. He duly arrived, identified the problem and contacted the office to see if he could go and get the required parts to finish the job there and then. This was granted. On his return, he completed the job, despite having cut his hand open when going to Wickes for the parts. No amount of persuasion that he deal with his hand rather than the stopcock had any effect. This was way above and beyond what anyone might reasonably expect.

Neil serviced our boiler without a problem. Particularly impressed because I needed it done quickly and they squeezed me in at 8 am the next day. They are now quoting for further pipe work replacement. Good value - will certainly use again.

I telephoned Platinum Plumbers late yesterday afternoon as my Mother's boiler was making a strange smell. Unfortunately unable to get to me the same day the Plumber arrived promptly at 8 am this morning, quickly diagnosed the fault, replaced the part and carried out a full test of the system. I cant fault the service that Platinum Plumbers has provided. Responsive service and excellent value for money.
