Following a phone call which detailed the scale of charges and the likely process of identifying and remedying the water leak, a member of the team arrived at the allotted time. I, however, had my phone switched off and missed the doorbell and the messages. Once I realised what had happened, I phoned Rob back and he had already arranged for someone else to come out. He duly arrived, identified the problem and contacted the office to see if he could go and get the required parts to finish the job there and then. This was granted. On his return, he completed the job, despite having cut his hand open when going to Wickes for the parts. No amount of persuasion that he deal with his hand rather than the stopcock had any effect. This was way above and beyond what anyone might reasonably expect.

Neil serviced our boiler without a problem. Particularly impressed because I needed it done quickly and they squeezed me in at 8 am the next day. They are now quoting for further pipe work replacement. Good value - will certainly use again.

I telephoned Platinum Plumbers late yesterday afternoon as my Mother's boiler was making a strange smell. Unfortunately unable to get to me the same day the Plumber arrived promptly at 8 am this morning, quickly diagnosed the fault, replaced the part and carried out a full test of the system. I cant fault the service that Platinum Plumbers has provided. Responsive service and excellent value for money.

We had the Platinum plumbers guys come in to diagnose a few faults with our existing Combi boiler so they came in a few days later to replace it with a new one. Amazingly, the job was all done in two days and we are now able to have lovely showers with a continuous flow of hot water. There was a lot of extra work involved in our job (because the new boiler didn't fit so well into the space where the old boiler was) but we were not charged any extra for this, which we were extremely grateful for. They were absolutely delightful gentlemen to have around in the house for those 2 days and bent over backwards to make the job as finished as possible before they left. Unfortunately, they weren't able to put everything back exactly because the new boiler was bigger. We were kept in constant contact by the company owner Rob and felt extremely looked after. We can't praise them highly enough for the work on our house and will recommend them to others in a flash.
