Had JC Windows fit two sliding patio doors to the rear of our house. From initial contact to final installation, the job was perfect. The fitters were punctual, polite and respected our property. Would definitely recommend.

JC Windows fitted my bi-fold doors, a canopy and a front door. Mark came to provide advice, assess and work out a quote. He was knowledgeable and helpful and provided sound advice. The quote arrived within a day or two, with a full breakdown. No deposit was required. John did the technical survey and provided another opportunity for me to double check some things and to seek further information. Both John & Mark were very professional and patient. Martin & Mark the fitting team were excellent. Very tidy, very skilled leaving a high quality finish. Both were very friendly and didn't seem to mind me asking them about progress. JC Windows have been very easy to contact each communication has been friendly and straightforward whether over the phone or by email. . Everyone i have dealt with has been a credit to the company.

I had 8 condensed windows; different sizes, different glass, upper and lower levels. From start to finish, this company has exhibited absolute professionalism. One employee, Mark came to assess and give a quote; which i found to be a fair and competitive price. He was informative and friendly. His visit was followed promptly with a well- presented quote; giving me a breakdown. No pressure was put on me and no deposit was required. John came to do the technical survey and I was very confident that the work would be completed with absolute professionalism and integrity; which it was. Today, the windows were changed efficiently and withno fuss. It has been very easy to contact John and Mark and every communication has been friendly and straightforward.

Moved to a new property without realising the windows needed replacing. Decided to go with JC Windows as Mark was the friendliest and most helpful of the reps we spoke to. They were also the only company that would do the windows the way we wanted. We weren’t looking forward to the actual work being carried out, as the thought of having the house disrupted and there being strangers in your home is never nice. Turns out Mark and Martin were 2 of the nicest workmen I’ve ever encountered. They cracked on with the work from the moment they arrived and left each room tidier than it had been before. The windows were fitted with care and attention to detail and they have improved the noise insulation, security and warmth of the house. Thanks again to John, both Mark’s and Martin for improving our home.

JC Windows did a fantastic job replacing all my windows and doors. Throughout they attended as scheduled and their thorough quote was adhered to, with clear and helpful advice on what was required. Compared to other larger local companies their price was significantly lower, with a high quality product and no pressured sales techniques. The fitters were experienced, professional and friendly. Their knowledge ensured the most difficult of windows were fitted correctly and with care. JC Windows are FENSA registered which provides essential reassurance and documentation for the future. I would highly recommend this excellent local company.

What a fantastic company. From the first visit to provide a quote, right through to completion, this company were brilliant. They showed up when they said they would, were professional at all times and did an amazing job. The guys carrying out the work were fantastic, friendly, and helpful. Arrived on time and got to work straight away. Very polite and explained about the job. Really nice fitters who are obviously very experienced at what they do. They thanked me for ensuring the room was clear for them to work. they didn't expect to get finished in the day but worked right through to complete the job on the same day. The finished job is excellent and we are very pleased with it. They left everything tidy with little or no decorating to do and cleared away all the old windows. We are having JC back to do the downstairs windows after christmas.

I'm am thrilled with my new windows and will definitely use this company again. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently and everything was left tidy. I can't thank them enough. All done at a very good price too.

Only a small job to replace an opening window pane, but the fitter arrived well within the given time window and completed the job quickly and without any mess or fuss. We used JC Windows for a problem we had last year - they were very good then so we went for the again this time. We would have no hesitation in asking them to help again should the need arise.
