Overall I was very pleased with this company. They came to survey the job at the time they arranged. The estimated time for the work to commence and be completed was accurate. The estimated cost was entirely correct. The men who did the job were very hard working and they did an excellent job. I am happy to recommend this company.

Turned up earlier than expected, were polite and talked me through everything they were doing. Cleaned up after themselves. I am very pleased with the product and service.

A superb installation of a front door & a glass roof to sunroom. The work was carried out in an extremely professional manner with skilled workmanship who were polite and tidy. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

John visited me on request as I needed a new roof on an existing conservatory. John advised me when needed and arranged to have a new roof a new patio door and two badly needed windows. The guys that carried out the work, were great guys, very hardworking (not even had a lunch break) very polite and clean workers, I am more than pleased with the result and would recommend this company, The guys cleaned up after themselves leaving no mess. The work was carried out and completed on the time given.

JC Windows built a small orangery for us. John who is the owner kept an eye on the work every step of the way. He is always on the end of a phone if you need him. He helped advise us on what would look good based on his expertise. He uses quality tradesmen who are polite and get on with the work. The work was completed in a timely manner considering the bad weather we have had and we are thrilled with the new room. The work came in bang on budget with no hidden extras. I would not hesitate to recommend J C Windows.

Just had sliding patio doors and 3 windows fitted. Service received from JC Windows form the initial query to completion has been courteous, efficient and as promised. The two fitters were excellent, arriving on time, covering my flooring and tidying up afterwards. Would have no problem in highly recommending this company.

We have had all the windows in our house replaced by JC Windows - eleven in total. The work was done with a high degree of professionalism and skill by the “A Team”, aka Martin and Mark. They arrived promptly each morning and worked hard the whole of every working day, not even pausing for their coffee breaks, nor did they stop for lunches. At the end of each working day, the site was left immaculately tidy and in addition, each room they worked in was scrupulously cleaned. Pleasant and cheerful, they kept us apprised of their progress throughout. It was a privilege to have such excellent workers doing our job. Thanks too to John and Chris for their help and advice in the planning stage.

Shopped around, researching many manufactures/installers before selecting JC Windows, from the initial contact, through to installing the last pane of Glass, the service was first rate. The two tradesmen who installed our new triple glazed windows were friendly, courteous and very obliging. On arrival they protected our carpets and got straight on with the work. When each room was complete they left it clean and tidy behind them. The job was completed within the planned time schedule and given the way everyone at JC Windows conducted themselves from start to finish, we have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company.

JC Windows have just replaced all of our windows and exceeded all of our expectations. From the initial contact with Mark (salesman) to the visit from John the owner to discuss the finer points and the excellent fitting team of Martin and Mark, we have experienced a trouble free process. A special thanks to the fitting team of Martin and Mark whose professional approach to producing a quality job is much appreciated and carried out the work even during some inclement weather.

This is the fourth time we have used JC Windows and, as usual, we are extremely happy with the work. We had new patio doors and windows, a new window in the utility room and a new back door fitted. We also asked for the doorway to be widened, which the installers did to our requirements. The installers were professional, knowledgable and skillful. They completed the work on time despite terrible weather and conditions. I highly recommend this company.

I contacted JC windows in order to get a conservatory built onto the rear of my property. I asked for slanted disabled doors as I have a son who is wheelchair bound and a disabled daughter this was agreed upon consultation and paid for in full!!! however this was not completed and after contacting JC windows they informed me that they were not able to do so as the garden slabs were too high and if I wanted this to be done I would have to order and pay for another door, even though my requirements were discussed during the consultation. The floor base was not made level and upon contacting JC windows AGAIN this still hasn’t been rectified and there is a gap between the floor and the base of the wall, the staff that completed the base of the conservatory would come for 2 hours (if that) and then disappear without notifying us! John was extremely rude in his mannerisms and the way in which he spoke to us! We have since contacted JC windows yet again as a crack has appeared on the ceiling and we were asked to send photos over, to which we did however as usual there has been no contact from the company regarding this! Extremely poor customer service and even worse workmen-ship. I paid £26,000 for this conservatory for my wishes not to be followed and for bad work with extremely rude and unhelpful service! I do not recommend this company to anyone

Despite the supply chain difficulties that everyone is experiencing at the moment, JC Windows completed the job within 2 weeks. The workers were professional and friendly and cleaned up every evening. We are very pleased with our new conservatory roof and would definitely recommend them.

We invited JC Windows to advise us on the construction of a conservatory/orangery on the rear of a house we had recently moved into and Mark came on 8 April 2021 to carry out a survey and discuss the construction with us. We were assured that they had employees who formed 2 teams so there would be no problem with the supply chain. What we got was something totally different. The tradesmen carrying out work were in fact sub-contractors, not employees and we finished up having to deal with and contact these direct in order to have continuity of the job. As part of the agreement we requested that the level of the floor in the conservatory be made the same as the kitchen as we intended to remove the doors and have the kitchen flow into the conservatory and to have a continuous floor and were assured this would be done. We agreed a price of over £23,000. The ground was cleared and made ready to build but a number of delays arose due to supply problems with concrete for the base. When the bricklayers arrived to commence, they were abusive, rude and kept disappearing from the site. On completion of the work we requested a visit from JC Windows and they agreed to knock down the walls and pillars as the workmanship was of poor quality. We have now found that the original base was not level or the same height as our kitchen. as a result the skirting boards left gaps and we have a slope between the two rooms. We have had this put right ourselves. JC Windows gave little support.

We had a patio door, front door and some cladding fitted. Both fitters were exceptional, very polite, did an excellent job of fitting and lots of attention to detail in finishing off an all-round brilliant fit. Arrived on date given. Price paid was as quoted. Cleared up all the mess, nothing too much trouble. Looks fantastic would highly recommend JC WINDOWS.

I can, without doubt, recommend JC windows. The work was carried out to perfection and could not be faulted. The fitters went out of their way to ensure a good service.

JC Windows fitted two windows in our flat. We used them again as we were entirely satisfied with the windows and doors they replaced on our home earlier this year. Once again great service and product and keenly priced.

JC Windows have just fit a new door for me the work men were good and quick and they didn't leave a mess. The door fits really well I am very pleased with it. I would recommend them.

J C windows have done an excellent job in raising our pitched glass roof to a flat roof and installing a lantern. The original roof, windows and patio doors needed to be removed in order to build higher brick columns to support the new roof as well as change the original window sizes. The job was complex as we needed to retain the original kitchen units and were very concerned about water ingress. Rather than removing the roof John insisted it was put on acro props with visqueen nailed to it to protect the kitchen from rain damage and thank goodness for that decision because we had terrible weather and lots of rain but thankfully our kitchen units were fine. John’s fitters Gaz and Byron have been excellent, nothing has been too much trouble and they even cleaned the windows and plastic as part of the service. Thank you JC windows for an excellent job well done 👏👏👏

We had all of the front Windows replaced the guys were punctual professional and very knowledgeable we felt easy as soon as they started. When we go on to have the back of our house windows replaced we won't hesitate to go with. JC Windows again and will be recommending them to friends and family.

I found JC Windows in a local advertising booklet dropped through the letterbox. I contacted JC Windows via their website and received an acceptable quote within an hour or so. I agreed on the price and within a week or so John arrived for an on-site meet, talked through the job and agreed on the final project. As agreed, within 6 weeks the door and additional work were completed. The quality of work, door and additional work was first class. The two fitters were very polite, talked through the job with me and were extremely tidy both during and at the conclusion of the job.

I would highly recommend JC Windows for all your door and/or window needs. From start to finish they provided a competent and professional service. During the initial meeting with Mark he gave us several ideas for both our new front door and a internal one. On the day of the fitting of both products the fitters arrived on time and throughout the day updated me as to where they were up to. At the finish of the job they thoroughly cleaned up and removed all rubbish. The doors we have had fitted have an excellent finish and are exactly what we had ordered. The price was as agreed during our initial consultation. Overall, a professional and efficient service backed up with a great quality product that has improved and enhanced our property.

We wanted to replace a single glazed 'arched' window on the landing with a double glazed unit and asked JC Windows to provide a quote after seeing other reviews on this website. The initial visit was on time and we were really pleased with the information provided, so accepted the quote. The Covid pandemic caused a delay with the manufacture of the window but were kept fully informed. Martin and Mark came to fit the window and were excellent. The work was completed in less than two hours to the very highest standard. Everything was cleared and removed to the point where you wouldn't have known that any work had been done! Happy to recommend and we will certainly use this company again without hesitation.
