I would definitely recommend JC Windows. They have just fitted new flush casement windows to our whole house. I did a lot of research before choosing a company and got five quotes from different firms. They gave me a quote quickly and were competitive. I ultimately went with them due to their high Which? rating and wasn't disappointed. I also wanted specific windows which they sourced for me. The guys who did the job were polite and professional. Even my neighbour commented it was nice to see trades that weren't effing and blinding all day! They tidied up after themselves and the finish is great.

I have used JC Windows several times and always found them friendly, accommodating and do an excellent job. The windows are top quality and have made a big difference in relation to keeping the house warm in cold weather.

This is the second time we have used JC windows . They offer a professional,friendly service from start to finish . Mark and John were great in the quote & measuring side & our fitters Martin & Mark were hardworking and just got on with the installation in a totally professional manner . JC Windows fitted 4 doors, 1 bi-fold door and 25 windows. I could not fault them from start to finish, they were informative, polite, friendly. The fitters were exceptional, keeping me informed of progress, forecast completion date, tidying up after themselves, and identifying and rectifying problems as they arose, replacing two window panes that had minor blemishes, without any hesitation.

Quote received and installation date of 7th Dec agreed. The last week in Nov, John rang wanting to install my door the following day (a Thurs). I was busy then, so we agreed on the Friday instead. Thurs lunch, JC Windows cancelled. I was very disappointed. We agreed 18th Dec (a Mon) instead. By lunchtime, the Sat before, I'd had no confirmation, so rang John who said the men would be there at 8am. No sign of them at 08:45, so I rang John. At 9:05, workers Gary and Gareth turned up and apologised for being late. They worked non stop and did an excellent job. Thanks to them and their skills, I would consider using JC Windows again, but I really feel there should be better communication with the customers, who pay the bills, on the installation date.

Work completed in a timely manner to a good standard. Team friendly and approachable. Work completed as agreed in timescale. Happy to recommend.

I approached this firm as I was looking to replace 3 front doors to an apartment block. From the very first call to the installation over the last couple of days, the service and professionalism of this firm has been outstanding. Every email was responded to quickly, appointments were attended on time, recommendations were made to better suit our needs given the heavy footfall through the doors, and the fitters themselves worked solidly for a day and a half without a break. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this firm and would of course use them again should the need arise.

I've just had 6 replacement double glazed windows fitted in a top floor flat by JC windows. Excellent job from start to finish, Mark the salesman arrived on time and was very friendly and informative. John did the survey and Gareth and Gary did the job. They were efficient, hardworking, experienced clean and tidy. They even fitted a new sill as the tiles were damaged, and even my neighbour commented on how quiet they were. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will be using them in the future for a new door replacement. Thanks again for a great job.

I chose JC windows initially because they were a family firm, I found the salesman Mark very helpful and very patient. Once I had made the decision for them to build my new Orangery I found that the communication between the builders T Build Ltd and other workmen were excellent and they kept me informed every step of the way. All the workmen were very professional and very clean - I would highly recommend JC windows.

Just had a new pane of glass fitted and previously had new window frames and a new front door everything was really great and everything was done on time workmen were very polite clean and tidy.

Our replacement front door and framing was fitted very professionally by extremely pleasant skilled workers. They left the property clean and tidy. The work was completed to our agreed schedule and budget. I would recommend this trader for their helpfulness, communication and service.

From the initial quote to the work completed this company was perfect. The first visit Mark was an amenable and friendly no pressure salesman, I noticed how different they were from the well known companies that had visited and left us quotes. I was made aware that I was under no obligation at all and I was pleasantly surprised at the pricing of 4 front windows along with a composite front door and a composite stable back door. I decided to go ahead and was also told that there was no money necessary upfront and to pay upon completion. This in itself was a relief as the previous quotations all wanted payment upfront and insisted on continuously phoning me up to see if I would go ahead. There was some extra work needed as my back door was small and would need opening up further so they priced this accordingly, only charging me £100 for the work needed and I have to say that I thought I would be having to finish the work but again they surprised me by not only completing the finishing's but by doing so to an extremely high quality, you would never have thought any work had been done. Martin the fitter and his teammate were pleasant and professional throughout and had minimal impact on our daily lives. The windows and doors themselves are of high quality and I am extremely happy with their service, in fact so much so that they will be my first thought when we have our extension built. I was kept updated throughout the whole process and am a completely happy customer

I’ve used JC windows a number of times over the years! The last time was today having new front windows fitted! I have always found them to be excellent from start to finish. Nothing is too much trouble! Fully recommend!

First impressions were very favourable when we approached this company to build a Conservatory extension. The survey was carried out by Mark in a very friendly and professional manner. He freely gave useful advice and inspired confidence by explaining the steps, creating a graphic design and offering a history of the company and long-term staff. The company have a great relationship with the builders from T-Build. There was good communication and they were always concerned that we were happy with the progression of the build. All in all we were provided with a bespoke service by a professional, polite and courteous team. They excel themselves with their competence, attention to detail, helpfulness and a sense of care. The site was left clean and tidy with all rubbish removed. All work was carried out to the agreed schedule and budget and we have to thank John, the owner, for his great organisational skills in getting the project completed. We would most definitely use the company again and recommend to any others. Thank you

Excellent work by a great team. From the first meeting with Mark (sales) to John (boss) to the work team everything went smoothly. The guys who worked on changing our conservatory roof to a solid/lantern roof did a great job, were very polite and cleaned up behind themselves regularly- never leaving any mess. Two guys came to finish the inside by plastering. They worked hard for a full day, were polite and cleaned up at the end, leaving no mess whatsoever. We also had two new bedroom windows and a front door. Can we recommend JC? Yes. Yes. Yes.

First floor window replaced. Swift, tidy and professional, could not fault them or the quality of the window.

Contacted John at JC Windows to provide a quote for secondary glazing in our front room and upstairs bedroom. Happy with the quote and arranged an installation date. Martin arrived on time to install the secondary glazing and what an amazing difference it has made. We live on a busy main road and for the first time in 20 years of living here the noise from traffic has been greatly reduced. Martin was friendly, professional and left the house clean and tidy and I thoroughly recommend this Company.
