Tilt and turn window repair - Had a great experience with Rafal and his team from start to finish. They answered my query speedily, identified the issue via text and booked in the repair ASAP. On the day, they let me know when they?d be arriving, and were punctual and tidy. Not only did Rafal fix the problem, he checked our other windows in case of any similar issues, and he advised me on maintenance and explained how I could replace a window handle myself on another window to avoid a callout. He and his colleague were friendly, polite and speedy hard workers. I'd absolutely use them again.

Just Fair were honest and told me that I needed to replace less than I expected. I had 2 x window glass replaced (one had to be custom made as it was large) and the other was a regular glass pane (both had to be replaced due to the double glazing no longer working and there was condensation within the glass). I then had 4 hinges to the windows repaired so that the windows would close flush against the frames. The previous owners had put foam between the window and the frame to prevent a draught from coming in. Just Fair removed this foam for me. I also had some seal replaced as it was worn in places. Lastly, the front door lock was changed for me and I was left with more keys than I had expected. Before leaving, Just Fair made sure that I was happy with the work that was done, suggested which oil to get to put on the window hinges, and how to maintain the hinges so that they would last as long as possible. They got on with their job quickly and efficiently and tidied up wonderfully before leaving. I would highly recommend them and if I ever need any future work done, I will definitely be calling them.

I employed the company twice because I was so happy with their work. Both times it was for my windows. First time because some of my double glazed windows had bad condensation in them. Second time I had the glass in my bathroom windows changed and the glass in my kitchen windows changed because I had scratched them badly using a knife to remove stickers! I thought I needed the living room glass changed because I couldn't get the stickyback plaster off my windows. Rafal advised me I just needed to use a glass scraper and not the plastic one I was using saving me many hundreds of pounds. Rafal goes beyond what is required with little tips here and there, a real gem. I always found them to be very polite, friendly and professional. Would respond very quickly if I had any questions or concerns. Very neat and tidy and took care of my property. Very swift in installing my windows. Absolutely knowledgeable and definitely fair with their prices. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Just Fair Ltd.

I had a window that I tried to repair myself which had formed a crack which got worse to the point were it needed professional repair and possible replacement. The repair company were able to give me a ballpark quote then visited me to give me a more accurate quote for window replacement. They ordered the replacement window and after a few weeks contacted me and came over and replaced the window. Job was done well and the repair man was quite good and advised me on other issues while he was there also.

Highly recommend, and I wish they did more than windows as I have many jobs that would benefit from reasonable, trustworthy capable professionals. Just Fair surveyed my job, gave me a quote, and asked for a deposit. 2 weeks later they informed me that my glass was in and gave me a range of appointments to choose from. They arrived on the day selected at the time they said they would. If the need arose I would not hesitate to contact them again.
