One arrived very quickly and offered to start work within days but their prices were sky high. Liam from LCM Flat Roofing got in touch within a few days and sent a quotation based on photos I sent him. His quote came back quickly and was a reasonable price. He replaced our flat roof with rubber. The work looks good, no water has come through since and he tidied up well. Liam arranged a plasterer and an electrician to replaster the damaged ceiling and refit a recessed light. Both were excellent and we are very happy with the final result.

LCM Flat Roofing replaced my old and leaky garage roof. It was a brilliant service. First someone came out to look at the roof and this was followed up around a week later with a detailed quote by email giving different pricing options. The price was very reasonable and less than I had expected. This was the only company I contacted so can’t compare prices. I had seen other work they had done and knew they could be trusted to do a great job so went with this company and it did not disappoint. I had to wait just over a month to get the job scheduled in and Liam and the guys turned up exactly on time. They were polite and hard working and the job was done same day to a very high standard. We had a leak in our flat roof. We were unsure whether to have a small repair or a complete roof replacement. After discussing our options with LCM, we decided to go ahead with a replacement. They came promptly on the date arranged and the team of four carried out the work within one day. When the old roof was removed, all four corners showed signs of water damage and rotting wood so we were reassured that replacing the roof had been the right decision. The team were polite, efficient, tidy - all the rubbish was cleared away and the new roof looks really good. The cost was as quoted.
