We had a 20 year old south facing conservatory with a ridge roof which leaked at the point where it met the house. It was very hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Liam was very helpful at our first meeting, listening to all our concerns and explaining all our options. The quote he sent was clear and detailed, explaining all materials he was going to use and including all work and the invoice was exactly as he quoted. Liam and his team were outstanding in their work effort and attitude. They arrived everyday on time, worked hard all day and worked cheerfully. Occasionally we were aware that a problem had arisen, as one would expect, and we could hear them resolve it together. They replaced our old conservatory with a substantial, well insulated flat roof, and also all the glazing, and we are delighted with the result. Since they finished, the weather has been very changeable so we have already experienced what an improvement it is on warm days, cold days and when the rain is pouring down! The work that LCM carried out at my property was to fit new guttering and replace a cracked downspout. At the initial meeting, Liam was helpful and honest from the start that the job was a small one, but he was happy to fit my job in around other larger roofing contracts, which suited me. Although it took a little while before an opportunity arose for the job to be done, it was completed efficiently and professionally by the team. I felt comfortable leaving Liam and the team at the house to complete the work, as I had a prior appointment. The cost of the work was as agreed at the initial meeting and was very reasonable. What impressed me most about Liam was that from the start, he was honest and did not try to make the job bigger than it needed to be. I am happy to recommend him and will use his company again should I need roofing or gutter work.
