Our excellent customer service is like no other, we offer fast emergency locksmith service with absolutely no call out charges. We are a small, independent, Covid-19 safe family-run business in the heart of Reading, whose aim is to help those in need of a trustworthy locksmith. Wayne has done work for us before, so when we had trouble with one window that wouldn't open and another that wouldn't lock, we called him again. He came and sorted the windows out efficiently, and gave us advice on an internal door lock which is failing. Wayne is professional, helpful and friendly, and we would have no hesitation in recommending him.

I only had my phone on me so searched for a locksmith - Wayne's number came up first so I rang him. He was very helpful and said he was doing another job but would come over as soon as he was finished. He was very helpful and very quickly was able to unlock the door from the outside and let me in. I discovered that I needed my front door lock changed asap. I didn’t know Wayne but when I phoned he was working not far away and said he would call on his way home. He said it wouldn’t take very long and he did it there and then. So I had a problem at 12.00am that had been solved by 4.00pm thanks to Wayne. I was happy with the price and the lock works perfectly.
