Our excellent customer service is like no other, we offer fast emergency locksmith service with absolutely no call out charges. We are a small, independent, Covid-19 safe family-run business in the heart of Reading, whose aim is to help those in need of a trustworthy locksmith. Wayne turned up promptly and was flexible to accommodate our arrival from the airport which changed a few times. With our permission, he was able to undo the locks and get us inside the house on arrival. The cost of the job was reasonable and I’ll definitely recommend him.

Wayne came round quickly despite it not being an emergency. He quickly identified the issue and left with a temporary fix, promising to return in a couple of days with parts to fix permanently. Sure enough he called a couple of days later, arranged a time and fixed the lock without fuss. All round quality with a friendly smile and conversation.

Bifold Doors Secured - Fast Efficient and Friendly

The lock broke on our bifold doors on the Friday morning. We did a Google search and found Lock Solutions. Phoned up and Wayne answered. We sent him a few pictures on WhatsApp of the lock and door and he was at our house within 20 minutes. He was super helpful and his prompt response was great. He was able to make the doors secure so that we could leave the property unattended until the manufacturer could do a service call. They had to removed the glass to fix the lock, which Wayne had predicted ! We were so pleased with how fast Wayne came out to us and that he made our house secure for us. Also his lovely dog Lockie had a nice play in the garden with our dog! Thank you Wayne and Lockie.

Wayne came to fix the jammed lock on the French windows of my elderly neighbour. He came when he said he would, let me know so I could be there, was very friendly, professional and adjusted the hinge too. Would definitely use him again if needed.

Super fast response and super friendly service. I was given an estimated time that he would arrive and he turned up way before that! The whole issue of being locked out as the key was in the door was resolved within minutes.
