The engineer arrived early. I had not been asked to stay in all afternoon. Top marks! The job was done quickly and efficiently. No mess was left. The engineer called me by the name I had asked to be called. I was able to pay there and then. Top marks all round.

I've used LW Gas for the past several years, since they replaced our boiler. They've done various work for us and always been friendly and polite and helpful. The occasional human error has been swiftly sorted and I've always been impressed with the service received.
