We have used LG Gas several times to carry out work in our home and a property that we rent out. The last job was to remove radiators in preparation for decorating and drain the system down. Oil boiler service was completed on time with a full report. Found a small fault and corrected it. We had a Hive boiler control smart system fitted which works really well controlled by my smartphone and on the new units. Gives much better control over our heating and hot water. Very satisfied with the work. Nice people!

LW Gas have been servicing my boiler for a number of years . Always on time , always courteous, and polite . Nothing is too much trouble. I have also made enquiries on Heat pumps as an alternative to my boiler which is coming up to 18 years old. If you want a trustworthy team, I would not hesitate to recommend them. This is the fifteenth boiler service and as always a pleasant friendly engineer, was on time and did a professional clean and tidy job. L W Gas also installed the boiler, which had to be relocated due to changes in regulations. This was quite a task as the boiler moved up a floor and to the other end of the property. The engineers worked really hard and did a great job, especially in clearing up. It was completed within the competitively priced estimate. A good company to do business with, great engineers and good value for money. Would always recommend them.

We have used LW Gas for over 10 years to service and maintain the boilers in our own home and also in a rental property, where they also provide the annual Safety Certificate. Standard annual service of an external oil boiler. Called ahead to confirm arrival, arrived on time. Efficient even in the rain coming with a sense of humour and umbrella hung to on the bush. Fast clean and careful of damage to the excessive planting. Recharged the expansion vessel and checked heating fully functional after the service. 6 days later, on a Sunday afternoon, I noticed a small weep of oil onto the plinth from the boiler and e-mailed the office. The engineer arrived on the Monday as agreed before lunch and fixed a split O ring on the pump and re-checked functionality. Not an unknown problem and no damage. I look forward to seeing Luke in a years time.

We had five different boiler/heating companies out to look at our heating over a four-week period (no heating at all hot water was fine) none could find the issue. We were finally advised to contact LW Gas. Lee came out within 24 hours found the fault within minutes & repaired it. Lee was very professional, friendly & on the ball. We have dealt with this company for 15 years and have always been very satisfied. The recent work involved the installation of a combi boiler. The team of 3 turned up on time and worked very efficiently, each knowing their role. The work was completed in a very tidy and clean manner. Nothing was too much trouble. In an extensive work such as this inevitably there were some minor teething problems. These were resolved promptly and correctly.

A detailed quote was provided offering a number of options discussed in person. The installation was carried out quickly and efficiently, and the resulting installation is much neater than the original boiler that was replaced. The work involved removal of a larger boiler, cutting out and replacing very messily installed previous pipe work, doing a power flush of the radiator pipe work, replacing all the radiator valves and lockshields, and installing and commissioning the new combination boiler. Two heating engineers came to carry out the work, which was all done with a minimum of fuss, and all scrap and waste was gone by the end of the day. I’m very happy with the work, and will be using LW Gas for annual service work.

The work carried out was to service a direct unvented electric water heater. Ken arrived at the scheduled time with two apprentices. The job was carried out in a professional manner, the team were also friendly, cheerful and tidy. It was discovered that a leaky valve needed replacing, this has been arranged for 11th September, I have been provided with an acceptable quote, it has also been agreed to service a gas fire on this visit.
