L W Gas fitted my boiler over 5 years ago and have been servicing it ever since. I have never had a problem with the boiler so that speaks for itself and any other problems with the heating I have had, have been resolved quickly and efficiently. I am very pleased with the level of service I get from them and the engineers are always pleasant.

LW Gas limited fitted my boiler just over a year ago and then returned to give the boiler its first year service recently. They have been brilliant from start to finish, ideally priced, excellent communication and workmanship. They carried out my annual boiler and gas fire service. Very thorough and professional. Boiler needed seals replacing. Gas fire flue was faulty, as I live on my own that could have been bad. Excellent service, highly recommended.

We had our boiler fitted and radiators changed about 15 years ago by LW Gas and since then they have maintained and repaired the whole system. During the initial fitting and during the subsequent 15 years they have provided excellent service. They are courteous and efficient and have responded very promptly when we needed emergency help. From quote to finish no messing about prompt attention. Second time have used them for a boiler, moved this year needed new one, first port of call for us always had our boiler serviced with them to. Clean and tidy tradesmen, polite and professional. I also like they had an apprentice learning his trade.

LW Gas stepped in to reconnect a gas cooker following a gas escape. British Gas quoted a December timescale and other providers were two or more weeks for an appointment. Thanks to LW Gas the problem was sorted in a few days.

The fitter arrived on time, which was agreed before hand. He fitted the new boiler with efficiency and completed the work to a very high standard. He was very polite and advised us at all times of the procedure. Once fitted and the system was up and running he thoroughly went through the controls on the boiler. An appointment was made with Lee Ward of L W Gas Ltd, who was extremely professional and knowledgeable. We needed a new central heating boiler, a new toilet system, new bathroom radiator and another radiator that needed rehanging and fixing. Lee helped us with exactly what type of new boiler we should have, and left us with a brochure of the boiler that we chose. We received a full quotation from Lee the next day, (which was exactly the price we paid.) Everything was explained perfectly. We booked the appointment and was given the time and day that the work would be completed on. We had two fantastic professional gas fitters that worked together, this was brilliant as instead of taking two days to complete the work, it was done in just one day. Steve and Mike turned up exactly the time they said they would, and I can honestly say that I have never experienced such fantastic workers, in their work skills, professionalism, cleanliness and consideration. They never stopped. The standard of their workmanship was superb. I am absolutely delighted with everything that this company has done . When I contacted the office to pay, I spoke to a very friendly helpful lady called Philomena. I even had a follow up call a few days later. I would highly recommends this fast efficient company with first class workers. I have never been so impressed with a company before. They were very competitive, but achieved what everyone wants, a hassle free 1st class service. Thank you.
