Neil was very accommodating to look at a long list of jobs we had saved up. Honest about work needed and potential cost. Good communication and clear signposting of dates when works could be carried out. Recurrent confirmation of arrival, and happy to discuss issues as work was being carried out. Neil is easy to get hold of, came out promptly to quote a small job-fitting an extractor fan in the bathroom- that I was struggling to get anyone out to look at. Once I agreed the quote, a date to complete the work was arranged quickly via the admin team. Neil and his apprentice were friendly and efficient- they even fixed a faulty light switch whilst out. Communication is great, you initially get an arrival window but then are sent a more accurate eta via text which was really helpful. Would definitely use again. Thank you!

It’s very hard to find a well established experienced electrician with good communication and prompt response to quite requests.
