Oakland Stairlifts

I am the primary carer and live with my disabled mother who suffers terribly with her knees. I had thought that a stairlift would either cost thousands or take possibly years through the council via a grant but found oakland stairlifts online. After seeing it was possible to rent i made the initial enquiry. I was contacted the following day and sent a details form via email which i filled in and returned with all the required measurements and within 3 weeks i think had a reconditioned stairlift installed. From start to finish the whole process was simple, friendly, fast and at a low monthly cost. Thoroughly impressed and will be recommending them to anyone who is in need. Has changed my mums daily life and taken away our biggest worry.

Found via internet, seemed to have good reviews and not pushy with sales. Contacted them, he was in the area the following came to see us. Not pushy at all, explained everything so we knew exactly what was what. Week later they came and installed kept to Covid rules throughout. Explained everything when the job was finished. Very happy with everything

We had a stairlift fitted by Oakland stairlifts. Rob Sweeney who represented the company was very helpful in all aspects of the work that would be needed to be done. Couldn't have wished for a better job to be done and a very good price too. We had a stairlift fitted for my mam. She had spent a month in hospital with Covid, We hadn't been able to visit her so when we were told that she could come home we were delighted. She was still very weak and her release was dependent on getting a stair lift fitted. We phone Oakland and explained the situation. They came out , measured up and the stairlift was fitted in time for my mam to come home.

We needed a stairlift for my elderly parents, did call several companies but Oakland was the only one that wanted to give us a ballpark figure over the phone on the back of some pictures we send them. He was always quick to respond to our calls and queries. Very good pricing and at no time did we feel pressured in a sale. On the day of installation they turned up when they said they would. From start to finish it has been a fabulous experience. Very trustworthy and cannot recommend them highly enough.

This was the only company that I contacted that actually gave me an upfront costings figure. We arranged to have a site visit with regards to the stairlift installation and measurements. Rob was extremely knowledgeable and informative. At no time did we feel rushed or pressured in the whole process. Explained what was involved and what we could expect. Arranged for a quick and efficient installation. We were kept informed throughout and again were taken through everything at the end of installation to make sure we were fully informed and happy with the stairlift. Very very pleased with the whole process.
