I was reminded by Oxyplumb of the need for an annual service and a date agreed. Due to an urgent issue at the Oxyplumb they later asked it I would agree to a change and this re-arrangement was made in a totally satisfactorily manner. The technician arrived exactly on time and completed the service with quiet efficiency.

I had an urgent problem, I phoned and instantly had Lisa trying to help, the engineer turned up 15 mins later I could not believe the service . All the work was carried by excellent engineers who were fast and clean

Was contacted in advance to remind us that yearly service due. Kept us updated right up to letting us know that engineer was on his way. Arrived on time. Work carried out quickly and efficiently. No mess made. Dealt with our concerns about the pump. Made sure when they left that we were happy and had no further issues. Have been using this company for over 5 years and will continue to do so.

I had a problem with the heating system coming on when it shouldn't. Oxyplumb responded very quickly, assessed the problem over the phone, got me to take pictures of the parts they thought might be broken, arrived for the appointment exactly on time, and sorted the problem out very quickly. Perfect solution.

We are returning customers and recently had to call Lisa in the office for a replacement pressure vessel to be fitted on our IVT system. An appointment was immediately booked and Matt arrived at the agreed time, did the job and left the area clean and tidy. The big thing I like about Oxyplumb is they're reliable and communicate if theres any problem, delay etc. I have already recommended them to lots of my friends and acquaintances.

My limescale filter needed replacing because it was leaking, I contacted Lisa who booked an appointment within 2 days I sent her some pictures of the problem They turned up on time as agreed completed the job without fuss or mess Friendly, efficient, professional just what you want from a trade!! 😀
