We work closely with Vaillant and Worcester Bosch and can offer 8 year standard (and up to 10 year) full parts and labour guarantees, on our boiler installations.
We take pride in offering the highest quality service providing our customers with true value for money.
Our engineers are fully up to date with advancements in modern technology which enables us to offer accurate advice to our customers.

We liked the proprietor and his assistant, and were impressed by the level of knowledge and the excellence of the deal offered. Work continued solidly throughout the day, and we, as customers, felt exhausted but happy. Our only criticism was an occasional lack of communication and some issues regarding debris left inside and outside the house. Overall, very, very good.

PDL Heating and Plumbing did a brilliant job installing our Vaillant Eco TEC 835 plus. Paul and his team were on time, polite and professional. They left the premises as they found it, nice and clean only small bit of advice here they could have brought more protective blankets etc. for the floor, as it was a rainy day otherwise I could not fault their dedication advice and help. I would recommend them to family and friends.

The removal of 2 boilers to one Combi boiler, Paul visited quickly and quoted the same day. Not the cheapest quote but very detailed and everything explained to me in detail, very profesional company, Debbie keeping me informed along the way. Quoted upto 3 days for work, which was completed early, both Paul and Olly arrived on time both days, job completed earlier than expected. Impressed with the whole set up, so much so that I have gone for the care plan that they offer. Would highly recommend

From the initial visit, to the quote, to the boiler being fitted, top notch service. As explained to Paul, might not have been the cheapest but we felt that this was the best service to be given and was worth the price. Paul and Olly did a fantastic job replacing my old glowworm boiler when it finally gave up the ghost. I had to wait a little while to be scheduled in but I felt at the time that was a good sign. I wasn't wrong. Aside from a really thorough flushing of all the existing system. (crucial) They fitted a special boost pump to the water main (new and approved under water regs) which has really improved the water pressure . No more showers cutting out on me because next door has the washing machine going. Same experience as everyone else here, the guys arrived on the day /time quoted. Took just as long as they said it would and left no mess. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Paul & co to anyone wanting a friendly, honest and efficient service. I just wish I'd got them in years ago instead of nursing my old boiler...
