I would like to say a big thank you to Paul and his team, our daughter brought a new property and was told everything was in working order. Well it wasn’t, the boiler needed to be replaced. When we called Paul up at Redstone plumbing and heating they came out straight away. They replaced the boiler and got it up and working, but it wasn’t long before it packed up. We then found out the tank was contaminated, so we had to replace the tank. Paul supported us all the way and came out many times, until it was finally up and running. I would highly recommend Paul, as he was not going to just leave us even though he had done his part. Thank you again Paul.

Paul and his team arrived on time, and very friendly and took out the old boiler and replaced with new Worcester Bosch, clean ,tidy and worked hard and completed within the day, would definitely recommend.

I had Paul come over and fit me a new boiler and radiator in no time, I can’t recommend him enough, my brother had previously used him at his house, and he fitted him a new boiler too. Fast, friendly and reliable.

Paul came very quickly when we asked for advice regarding our previous boiler which we had been having problems with for a while. He didn't try to over sell us a new boiler but we decided after listening to his advice that this would be the best option for us & the boiler was order & fitted within a few days. Paul took out our very old boiler and associated tanks in the loft and installed a new Worcester Bosch combi. While waiting for systems to drain etc he and Roger disconnected old radiators, took out an old gas fire, and gas hob and ran in new hot and cold pipes ready for a new bathroom. They both worked really hard and were professional, helpful and respectful. Paul explained what he was doing at all times and went through the instructions for the boiler once it was fitted. They took away all the rubbish and cleaned up after the work. We had a small concern after they left and not being plumbers had no idea if this was ok so sent message. Paul was straight back on the phone asking questions and explained what was happening and that it was normal and set our minds at rest. I would definitely recommend Redstone.

Paul was professional from start to finish. He and his team were tidy and efficient throughout the installation of our replacement boiler and in the diagnosis and repair of a fault with our hot water cylinder electrics. In between ordering and the installation of our boiler we were left with no hot water at one point and Paul came out to us that evening to help. Excellent service when we needed help with a major boiler failure. Paul gave us a fixed date for the new Worcester boiler. Absolutely first class service at a competitive price. No rubbish about shortages of boilers and unsure about start dates like other contractors. I don't recommend anyone unless they are first class. Paul is first class.

We had Redstone Plumbing & Heating install a new central heating boiler. Paul and Roger were excellent. They came on the correct day as promised and did a great job. We were very pleased with the new boiler they left the house clean and tidy and we would recommend them.

Recently engaged Paul to refurb my bathroom. He was incredibly easy to work with, polite, affable but professional in manner. Evident innattitude that he works to customer demands/needs. He was very reliable and communicated well re: each stage of the process. I needed to leave my home on several occasions throughout and felt confident in trusting Paul and the team with its security.Paul also had a network of fellow trades ie, electrician, plasterer, tiler and floor fitter. These I hasten to add worked at the very same HIGH standards as Paul. There was great attention to detail paid, involving me at every stage of the process. Incredibly tidy and safe throughout the process and left everything clean on finish. Paul is very adept in many aspects, let alone plumbing. My home is an ongoing project and it is my hope to contact Paul at the end of the year for further developments in light of the above. I have no qualms in recommendations to Paul and his crew.Paul "does what it says on the tin"! Greatest thanks to you all!
