Excellent service when we needed help with a major boiler failure. Paul gave us a fixed date for the new Worcester boiler. Absolutely first class service at a competitive price. No rubbish about shortages of boilers and unsure about start dates like other contractors. I don't recommend anyone unless they are first class. Paul is first class.

We had Redstone Plumbing & Heating install a new central heating boiler. Paul and Roger were excellent. They came on the correct day as promised and did a great job. We were very pleased with the new boiler they left the house clean and tidy and we would recommend them.

Recently engaged Paul to refurb my bathroom. He was incredibly easy to work with, polite, affable but professional in manner. Evident innattitude that he works to customer demands/needs. He was very reliable and communicated well re: each stage of the process. I needed to leave my home on several occasions throughout and felt confident in trusting Paul and the team with its security.Paul also had a network of fellow trades ie, electrician, plasterer, tiler and floor fitter. These I hasten to add worked at the very same HIGH standards as Paul. There was great attention to detail paid, involving me at every stage of the process. Incredibly tidy and safe throughout the process and left everything clean on finish. Paul is very adept in many aspects, let alone plumbing. My home is an ongoing project and it is my hope to contact Paul at the end of the year for further developments in light of the above. I have no qualms in recommendations to Paul and his crew.Paul "does what it says on the tin"! Greatest thanks to you all!

Redstone Plumbing & Heating Ltd (Beno) has today completed the installation of our new master bathroom. Completely gutted, stud walls moved and completely renovated it after the original job our builders made (when the extension was done) started causing issues. I only wish when having our extension completed, we had used recommended plumbers rather than trusting the builders to do plumbing work as the quality is on a different level. Beno came (and although used previously to right other wrongs), looked at what we wanted, designed and quoted. To say me and my wife are happy is an understatement. Beno is a top man and 100% trustworthy and will 100% use him for future work! I cannot recommend his service enough. Outstanding job!

After years of searching, we found Paul Bennett. Plumbing sorted! Very experienced at all aspects of general plumbing and central heating. Fitted new oil boiler, radiator valves and other advice. Fast and efficient. Thoroughly recommended!

Paul installed and relocated a new boiler for me. From start to finish the service I received was excellent. On his initial visit Paul spent time explaining in detail the various options I had and was happy to provide more than one quote for me to consider. Throughout the whole process Paul arrived promptly, provided me with everything when he said he would and kept me fully informed as to when things would happen. The installation was extremely efficient and everywhere was left clean and tidy. As an added bonus Paul fitted some shelving in the airing cupboard under the new boiler, totally unexpected but much appreciated. Can't fault and would thoroughly recommend. Thanks Paul

Paul is first a class tradesman his attention to detail is first class. Arrived on time. Very tidy worker cleaned up after himself and took away all rubbish. Explained in clear detail how to operate the boiler and how to set up the timer. Very friendly and a pleasure to have him in our home. Would highly recommend.

Paul Bennett responded quickly to our need for a replacement boiler. His initial survey was thorough and found several areas of concern with the aged hot water cylinder. We agreed this should also be part of the work. His knowledge of similar work on local properties of similar design and age proved very helpful and avoided the need for complex and unsightly gas pipework. The quotation was quickly provided and promptly accepted. Paul and his assistant came as soon as the boiler and cylinder were available and turned up on time on the agreed date. The work was quickly and professionally attended to; all pipework was new and no old pipes were reused. All work was cleanly performed and the men were very considerate and polite. The work was completed slightly ahead of schedule. The system has proved to be excellent and we are very pleased with the result. We used Redstone to install a new boiler which was relocated to the attic so there was a bit more work to do. Prior to installation we were given sound advice on the pros and cons of our requirements which helped us to make decisions. Once work began we found Redstone to be punctual, efficient and tidy workers. They always had a smile on their face and were a delight to have around the house. The work was completed slightly ahead of schedule and was finished to a high standard. Before leaving they ensured that the system was working properly spending time to get our dining room radiator working for the first time in 6 years of living at the house. A job well done!

From initial call out to finishing the job I cannot recommend Paul of Redstone plumbing enough. The work was carried out professionally and to a high standard.
