We recently had 12 large UPVC Double Glazing Windows Installed. From start to finish the service we received was perfect. No hard sell or being ripped off. A genuine desire to help. Excellent product knowledge. Once we made a decision we contacted Ben to proceed and he was excellent. We communicated with Paula the administrator, Michael the project manager and had 3 wonderful Window fitters in Andy, Bernie & Dave. All staff were polite, transparent, honest, punctual and made us trust and feel safe in this high valued project. Great value for money. High standard product. Very pleasing on the eyes, easy to use, practical, warm, sound proofed and the end result a lot better than we expected. I would highly recommend this company. Trust is hard to find and we certainly found that here. The surveyor Dave was excellent, very charismatic. Professional company. Excellent aftercare. Richard Thomas replaced all the windows in my home along with a new front door, back door and patio door. Products were top quality and the service I received was top notch. Andy and Dave my fitters were punctual, friendly and very tidy. Their work was completed was to a very high standard. Ben was massively helpful with the quote and there was no hard sell or phone calls to the manager. Paula in the office was very attentive and communication was excellent. I have used this company several times before and have found them to be most helpful. I wanted a carport at the side of my house, Ben came out to view the site and draw the plan, then the surveyor checked the details. finally Kevin, the builder arrived to prepare the site and put in the drains. The team from Richard Thomas came to install the carport, they worked quickly and efficiently. I am very pleased with the outcome, an excellent job, thank you.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Richard Thomas . They designed and built a new conservatory, replaced the old sash windows with new upvc sash windows, built a new patio and also did a couple of small jobs in the house. From day one, we felt confident that the work would be of a high quality and that there would be no major issues. After all the work was completed, I can confirm that this was very much the case. The new conservatory is lovely and we now spend a lot of time in there. During the build, all the tradesmen and the project manager were very professional, clean, tidy, hard working and prompt. Just as importantly, they were great to work with, were kind and fun and were attentive to my needs. I am disabled and so needed things like the floor levels to be exact etc. - there were never any issues and I always felt secure with them. We were initially unsure about replacing our old edwardian sash windows with new upvc sash windows but we need not have worried - they look fantastic! Again, all the tradesmen and project manager were fantastic and it was a pleasure having them in our house. Overall, we feel extremely pleased that we chose Richard Thomas and would be more than happy to use them again.

I whole-heartedly recommend this company which has replaced the previous leaking structure damaging the interior. Very pleased with the finish and the whole structure came through a recent thunderstorm with flying colours. Joe and Paul the installers were excellent and completed the work of clearing away the old structure and erecting the new roof, walls all double glazed. All left clean and tidy on completion with cost as per original budget. Clint the electrician organised the replacement of non-compliant wiring to connect existing ring main socket circuit.
