New conservatory built to replace old smaller one. Excellent detail discussed at design stage. The team did everything from dismantling and removing old building, moving gas pipes, digging a soakaway and protecting landscaping. Office staff provided a schedule of who was coming and when. All the team were polite and professional, happy to discuss any questions on the build. No corners were cut and builders, electrician , plasterer and screener worked efficiently and tidily and on time.

I whole-heartedly recommend this company which has replaced the previous leaking structure damaging the interior. Very pleased with the finish and the whole structure came through a recent thunderstorm with flying colours. Joe and Paul the installers were excellent and completed the work of clearing away the old structure and erecting the new roof, walls all double glazed. All left clean and tidy on completion with cost as per original budget. Clint the electrician organised the replacement of non-compliant wiring to connect existing ring main socket circuit. We had a PVC front door removed that was drafty and not fitted correctly and replaced with a solid core door. The guys turned up on time, measured again to ensure the door was right before removing the old and fitted the new one brilliantly, airtight and plumb. Very neat and no mess. Courteous and efficient workmen, very impressed and I am extremely fussy.

From start to finish Richard Thomas have been very helpful including dealing with all the planning requirements. Their staff and workforce were all very polite and nothing was too much trouble. The workforce were very tidy and every day before they left the place was left very clean. The price we agreed from the outset was what we paid there was no question of adding on extra's even when we asked for minor changes. Very pleased with the finished product - the new roof will prevent the glare factor! The two installers were prompt and worked extremely hard and managed to complete before the incoming rain. They also left the site tidy and were helpful and friendly.
