About
Shane Perry Aerial and Satellite Services established by myself in 2006 with over 30 years experience in the industry and with this knowledge I will be able to provide excellent advice and support.
I offer a wide range of services, new tv aerials and satellite dishes, dish upgrades, repairs to existing installations, tv wall mounting, additional tv and satellite points, wifi extensions and set up of new equipment.
I am also member of the CAI (aerial industry trade body) and Trading Standards Approved scheme both which requires you to pass a rigorous vetting process looking at having suitable insurance, heath and safety procedures, background checks, customer reviews and conformity to the latest trading standard regulations.
I have a long list of clients including Cornwall Housing, Housing associations, various holiday parks and hotels throughout Cornwall and a number of local electrical contractors.

Shane came at the time arranged to install a new Satellite Dish and to remove my old rusty one. Checked what needed to be done and immediately suggested a better and more convenient position to fit the new one. There was no doubt he knew his trade and carried out the work professionally and efficiently.

We have just had a new aerial installed by Shane in our loft together with new cable to our TV's. He fitted us in very quickly and came when he said he would. He talked us through the problems we had and the best way they could be resolved. We are really happy with the work he carried out and would highly recommend him.

Shane was busy but immediately let us know when he had a cancellation. Very clear and honest in his assessment of the job (replacing an old satellite dish in a tricky position that had inadequate cabling) despite it bucketing down with rain, got on with the work, identified the options and worked hard to find a way to fit the new cable with minimal disruption. Very careful throughout the process and managed to get us back on Sky which is important as we can't get a terrestrial signal. I wouldn't even bother asking Sky to do anything but the most simple installation jobs, you just lose time. Happy to recommend Shane.

I found this service on the internet as my previous fitter had retired. Shane arranged to come and sort out my problem very quickly and came within 2 days. He arrived at the time he advised and quickly found the problem. He carried out the repair there and then at a reasonable price. The job was completed very professionally and quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend Shane to anyone and will have no hesitation in using him again if I need any further work doing.

Shane Perry offers a very efficient and personal service. My satellite signal stopped, I rang Shane and he came out the following day. He carries lots of spares on his van and fixed the problem on this visit. I can recommend him. I had a brand new Freesat system added onto another property three years ago, he did the work on this too. Very neat job, I was very happy.

We asked for Shane's services when we built a New Build in Tregony in 2016. We were delighted with his services, so we asked Shane to install another Ariel on our next New Build in Falmouth in 2018. Shane was called again in March 2020 to reposition an Ariel that was in our way during an extension we built in St Merryn. We would have no hesitation in recommending Shane to future customers and will be in contact on our next builds in Carnon Downs Truro.
