Local company, visited, quoted and explained the work required. On day of fitting, came out as arranged and completed the work. They were very courteous and efficient, and cleaned up afterwards. Truly a 5 star service!

I had a new toilet and sink installed in my cloakroom. The plumber was pleasant and polite, and did his best to work as quietly as possible (I suffer from severe ME). I am very pleased with the new WC and sink.

We needed new taps and waste for bathroom basin. Work was completed exactly as we wanted and everything was left neat and tidy.

Have had two call outs in the last couple months, having recently lost my husband and as a senior citizen valued early response. Sharon in the office took my details and called me back within few mins. Engineer came within an hour on both occasions - once for shower not draining properly and today a downstairs loo failing to stop water flushing. I made a phone call and left my name and my number was called back, a team were local to me and they came to me within five minutes I was looking for a quote which was given straight away I was given the opportunity to have the work done which I accepted Jamie arrived within half an hour and the job was completed. Toilet cistern leaking. Phoned mid morning yesterday - offered a pm appointment that day. Not convenient - agreed next morning. Arrived 8.30 am in very frosty weather. Fixed problem. 24 hrs from initial contact to “job done”. As always the phone was answered quickly when contacted. We were kept informed during the work and the site was left clean. We have used this trader before and it performed as in the past - swift and good value.

I had a leaking radiator the day before Christmas Eve. Called a number of plumbers but got through to Prestige Plumbers straight away. Arrived within an hour and a half, sorted the issue within 30 minutes with no problems. Made sure all the other radiators and hot water was working before leaving. Great price for an emergency job too. Massive relief for me and very pleased with the work. Engineer very courteous and friendly too. Will use for any future jobs.

I called Prestige Plumbers after discovering a leaky kitchen tap. I decided to replace the worn out taps in my bathroom at the same time. I called yesterday late afternoon and they were here at 8.30 this morning! They were friendly and courteous and their work was extremely thorough. They replaced the taps and fixed a pop-up plug (that wasn’t popping up) as well as ensuring everything was in good working condition before they left. I am really happy to have fully functioning taps with no sign of leakage again! Super efficient, great service and they will now be our go-to for any plumbing needs, large or small! Absolutely A plus.

We had a problem with the platform in our loft holding the water tanks collapsing due to a leaking ball valve and overflow in both water tanks and central heating header tank. Called Prestige Plumbers who sent their senior man around that same day to inspect. Confirmed that we were not in imminent danger of the ceiling falling in and outlining the work needed - which was less than I had anticipated. Although there was a clear opportunity to pad the work, Terry was completely honest in what needed doing - and no more. Quotation followed by email and a date agreed for a couple of days later. Two tradesmen turned up on the agreed day and carried out the work quickly efficiently and with the minimum of disturbance, even vacuumed our hall landing and stairs and cleaned out our bath for us when finished. Agreed to leave tanks unlagged to ensure there was no leakage and return a week or so later to check and refit lagging. Invoice submitted was exactly as quoted. Would use again without hesitation.

The lady that I initially telephoned was extremely pleasant. The plumber was also very pleasant. He did the work quickly and tidily.

Five taps were efficiently replaced. The two plumbers were very friendly and helpful. They kindly infixed a jammed light fitting for us, and advised us on a leakage problem with our shower.

I phoned Prestige Plumbers on a Friday to arrange the replacement of a sink waste outlet (plughole) and waste trap (u bend). They attended on Monday as arranged and performed the work courteously and efficiently. Minor criticisms: Could not estimate cost before arrival on site; Arrived earlier than advised; No phone call to advise of arrival time as was promised.

MIchael came to fix a seized isolation valve under the sink. He responded within about 15 mins. of my call. Having assessed the work, he came up with a couple of options and we agreed how he should proceed. The work was done really efficiently with little fuss. He was tidy, polite and very helpful.
