Right from the outset I was impressed by the service I received. Their phone response was prompt and courteous, and as I needed an immediate response to an emergency, they assured me they could attend that day; they were actually able to attend even more quickly than originally estimated. I was impressed with the lack of call-out charge. Michael was professional and helpful, and was able to identify a solution that was simpler than I had anticipated. I was advised clearly of the price beforehand and having agreed this the work was completed efficiently and without unnecessary mess I considered that the price charged was very fair, given the speed of response, the amount of work and time, and the parts. I would certainly use this company again.

Phoned Prestige Plumbers at 9am & they were on site by 10:30am. Diagnosed problem and gave reasonable quote to fix. Resolved issue quickly & efficiently (blocked drainage from sink & waste disposal). I needed two small jobs tackled. I rang late morning and was offered an appointment in the afternoon. I had imagined the plumber might just give a price and make a date for the work. However, he came about 2.30, went off and got the necessary taps, pipe and fittings. Both jobs were done by 4.30. Marvellous. Will be recommending them.
