There were none of the shortcomings which my experience of other plumbers has led me to expect. I telephoned mid morning and the telephone was answered by a person, instead of me having to leave a recorded message. She said she would contact the plumber and expected to phone back within an hour, and did so. She arranged a visit between 2 and 5 on the afternoon of the following day, instead of me having to wait days. She said the plumber would telephone when he was on his way, he phoned at 2.30, instead of me waiting hours. He found I needed a new tap, and had a suitable one with him.
