Pleasant and efficient. My removal firm, the day before, had been unable (legally) to disconnect an unexpected electrical connection of my dishwasher. The plumber drove me the mile or so to my old house, disconnected the machine and alone manhandled it into his van and the into new house. No extra charge.

We were told when our boiler was due for servicing (so we don't worry about it!) They Arrived on the date, promised, dead on time. Friendly and efficient work, with an extra problem fixed at no cost. The invoice was just for the amount we'd been quoted. Total satisfaction!

I had a replacement kitchen top fitted as the other one had broken over the weekend. Rang Simon early Monday morning, and he sent two of his staff within a short time. Job complete by late morning. Used Simon several times and would highly recommend him.
