I had battery installation to increase capacity. Care was taken to ensure that the new batteries matched the existing batteries. Steve’s team moved the batteries I already had from my loft to a safer place in my utility room. In addition they installed a further set of batteries to increase capacity. The guys undertaking the work were very professional, their work was clean and tidy, with thoughtfulness about running cables etc. All work was undertaken at the agreed time and the cost was extremely competitive. The batteries are up and running and Steve has been in touch on two occasions to check that I am happy with the work and outcome. Excellent service which I highly recommend.

A domestic job to bring house wiring up to modern standard from the obsolete bakelite-style fuse board, dangerous socket wiring and inadequate numbers of sockets, lights and garage wiring. Also pre-work to make the property ready in advance for solar panels, inverter and battery (requiring their own space in a modern breaker panel). I was very pleased with the quality of the work, and I was also very impressed by the communication. I was kept up to date with each step with extensive photographs. An EICR was also part of the work. In the planning of the work, I was advised with several suggestions that would make work better and more logical. The placement of the sockets was not exactly right when initially completed (perhaps I was not explicit enough) and the team listened, and adjusted the positions so that everything was precisely as desired. This step was particularly impressive; I have employed trades in the past where the communication was not good enough. Getting the right paperwork completed is also valuable. It's great to get domestic work done where the team really want to get it all exactly right and I would recommend this team, and employ them again, without hesitation. I should add that the team were extremely tidy and even went to speak to the neighbours to prepare them for the imminent loud noise (drilling etc). Not the cheapest option, but a great example of how it is worth paying the proper price to get proper work.

Steve was very helpful from the start of the process to the end. Of the several quotes I obtained, the sun-smart one was the best and most comprehensive. Installation was carried out efficiently with the electrician making sure everything was working correctly before he left including the app. They made sure everything was left tidy as well. We had a follow-up call from Steve a couple of days after the Installation to make sure we were happy with the work carried out and the Installation. We would recommend to anyone looking for a professional car charger install.

Efficient from first enquiry to day after installation (and hopefully in the future - if needed). Well supervised engineers who answered my many questions! Job finished in good time and thorough instructions for use. Very tidy workers who cared about the customer experience. Energy supplier may offer their own (sub-contract!) installation but customer service may get 'lost in translation'. Price agreed from the start and maintained. After sale advice about car charging and energy suppliers given by M.D. Steve, including helping me to get a £50 credit from new energy supplier.

From first contact with Steve everything was done with politeness and efficiency. I was kept up to date and the fitting of the EV charger was done to fit in with my requirements. On the day I was given a time that was kept to and the workmen were polite and worked tidily. The whole job was completed in under 3 hours.

The work involved digging a trench and installation of the pedestal charging points and connecting to the main electric board inside the building. The work was done efficiently, and the area was made good after completion and I cannot but praise the manner in which all the tasks were done and completed.We are a block of flats in a complex and none of the other flat owners were inconvenienced at any time I do recommend the company to anyone wishing to use their services.
