The Gas Shop Ltd is an independent local company that has been established for over 16 years with a large showroom in North Watford.

We service, repair and install all gas appliances, including boilers, fires, radiators, central heating systems (including powerflushing).
We issue landlords gas safety certificates.

As a Worcester Accredited installer we can offer unbeatable 8 year manufacturers warranties on our boiler installations.

We also supply and install gas, electric and solid fuel fireplaces and wood burners.
In our large showroom we have a wide range of fireplaces to suit all homes and budgets.

I fully agree with the other comments on this page. After a British Gas engineer declared my previous gas fire beyond economical repair, Terry and The Gas Shop quickly removed it and installed a new fire, which fits much better with the decor of my living room. Fully recommended.

The Gas Shop serviced my gas fire and tested my gas cooker for a gas safety certificate. Although it was only a small job, the work was carried out quickly, cleanly and professionally and I would not hesitate to recommend The Gas Shop.

Terry, Chris, Donna and the team have been very helpful from start to finish with replacing our gas fire. We had to work through some issues and without their expert knowledge and recommendations would have been totally lost. We recently had an Elgin and Hall gas fire fitted by The Gas Shop - from initial contact to finished installation was about two months, including fitting a stone surround. It looks good and performs well, and installation was trouble-free with no mess. The people we dealt with were friendly and cooperative, which need not always be the case. I didn't post a review immediately, in case there was a problem subsequently, but so far no sign of one.

We have been using the Gas shop in Watford since twenty eighteen (when they installed a new boiler for us). Just had the annual service carried out by them also. Arrived on time, very efficient and tidy work. Very polite also.

I have used the Gas Shop now for a number of years and for various jobs (including helping me get some heating up and running when I moved to a new house a few years ago, just before Christmas).
