Tower Heating established in 1990, is a family-run, central heating and gas company operating in Formby and it's surrounding areas.
Our emergency line is open from 8am - 8pm, 365 days a year, making us the largest and most reliable, independant heating company in the region.
We pride ourselves on being second-to-none when it comes to our knowledge, workmanship, cleanliness and the friendliness of our team.
We aim to go beyond simply satisfying our customers and are proud of the relationships we have built over the years. As can be seen from our reviews, many of our customers welcome our team back into their homes with open arms.
We are a Worcester Bosch Accredited Partner. This means that we are now able to offer up to TWELVE years guarantee on boilers that we install.

Phil the heating engineer came within the times arranged. Was very clean and efficient in his work. Carried out the service with no fuss. Questions I asked were explained with knowledge of the product. All round good customer service.

We required a new hole in the wall gas fire fitting, plus removal of the old gas fire. From the initial enquiry, it was very quick for an engineer to visit, review, and have an estimate sent over. From confirming the appointment, I was kept updated by text and email. The gas fitters arrived on time, with a text when they were en route. The fire was fitted successfully, the fitters were very polite,friendly and efficient, and left no debris. I would highly recommend them.

Had Ollie call today to install new radiator, he was polite, friendly and explained all that he would do. An efficient young man who was so polite and obliging and could not do enough for us. He hit a problem with the pipes but did not give up until he had it sorted and back in place for us. An excellent service from an excellent team, from reception to planning and work carried out. We also had service and smaller jobs carried out by Steve and Ben who were also efficient and friendly, also Josh, the young apprentice who helped Ollie was a polite young man. Top marks to Tower heating on their training of staff and quality of staff.

Olllie answered my call out request promptly, and politely. He clearly understood my problem and gave advice over the phone, which enabled me to prepare for his visit, saving himself time and me money. He gave a lot of advice, and was very helpful.

Nigel from Tower Heating has just recently completed fitting a new Worcester Bosch Boiler in addition doing a complete Power Flush and installing a Hive system to our home. Nigel has done an excellent job, throughout he was very professional, clean and tidy in his work, friendly and answered all the questions that we needed to ask. In addition Tower Heating were very easy to communicate with, sending us lots of information by email and easy to contact by phone.

Ollie was a very pleasant gentleman. He arrived on time having already forewarned me of his arrival by text. He parked up courteously and used covers on his shoes whenever he walked inside my property. He advised me of what the power flush work would entail and provided expected timescales. He kept me up to date throughout the job and showed me the water before the power flush and after the power flush. Ollie was very personable, professional and informative throughout. Very well mannered and respected my property at all times. I would thoroughly recommend Tower Heating based on my power flush job which Ollie carried out. Ollie also advised me how often a power flush maybe required and also hpw often the inhibitor would need changing. Thank you Ollie.
