Tower Heating established in 1990, is a family-run, central heating and gas company operating in Formby and it's surrounding areas.

Our emergency line is open from 8am - 8pm, 365 days a year, making us the largest and most reliable, independant heating company in the region.

We pride ourselves on being second-to-none when it comes to our knowledge, workmanship, cleanliness and the friendliness of our team.

We aim to go beyond simply satisfying our customers and are proud of the relationships we have built over the years. As can be seen from our reviews, many of our customers welcome our team back into their homes with open arms.

We are a Worcester Bosch Accredited Partner. This means that we are now able to offer up to TWELVE years guarantee on boilers that we install.

We have an FCA Licence so are able to offer the following Novuna finance options for new boiler purchases:
- One year 0% interest.
- Three to ten years at 12.9% APR
- Buy Now, Pay Later

Finding and repairing a leak in the heating system

The leak only came to light a short time ago. We contacted Tower Heating straight away and they arranged for an engineer to assess the situation, then today Chaise came and spent time identifying where the leak was and skilfully repaired the problem. We were impressed with his knowledge as he explained what he was doing and, showed us evidence of the problem. Now we have a fully functioning heating system once again and are very grateful to Tower Heating and of course to Chaise. Excellent service.

We had two radiators changed, an electric towel rail removed and a new kitchen tap. Everything has been easy and smooth, from the initial call to the office, Steve coming to quote (and later fit the tap) and Ollie and Harvey on the day - we have been very impressed overall. Professional, polite and tidy. We will definitely use again. Thank you Tower Heating.

I’ve been using Tower Heating for many years and can’t fault the service from them. We’ve had ongoing problems recently with the gas supply and they’ve been out to sort the problem. I’d definitely recommend them and am happy with the work they’ve gone

Installation of new Indirect Unvented hot water tank to ground floor, whilst decommissioning existing in the loft. A very professional company across the business, polite and helpful staff, qualified and competent, customer orientated, showing empathy with customers requirements and property, competitively priced technical solutions. These traits were identified during visits of the Director Greg Tomlinson, who visited to specify the task, even offering a choice of two solutions, whilst answering a bucket full of questions that I raised, without hesitation. This pattern of dedication was later repeated by the visit of Senior Installation Engineer, Nigel Littler assisted by Trainee Engineer Ollie Murphy, during the three-day installation, with not even a finger mark on any of the numerous white walls, despite operating between loft and ground floor. Happy Days.
