Unicorn Windows Ltd of Leighton Buzzard recently installed a conservatory for me. I am very impressed with their ‘Can Do’ attitude and the team works throughout out the installation period. The location of my property is set far back from main road and there is only a small walk path leading to my property which is difficult to carry all materials and tools, but with Unicorn Windows team work’s experience made the whole project ran smoothly and successfully. Unicorn Windows teams are polite, easy to communicate with and provide a good service after sale. The quality of conservatory’s frames, windows ,roofs and French doors are very good quality The workmanship in the term of brick layer and construction are excellent. I do not hesitate to recommend to anyone who want to build a high quality of conservatory with a reasonable price, The unicorn Windows Ltd of Leighton Buzzard will be the First Choice!

Another excellent experience with Unicorn Windows. We have used Unicorn for 20 years and they have always been a great company to deal with. The first job was replacement doors and windows for the back of our garage (also recommending a very good firm who installed an automatic front garage door), followed by multiple one-off replacement units when our pre-existing ones developed internal condensation, then new front and back doors and most recently completely changing out our time expired double glazing for triple glazing, bifold doors for the patio and a new porch, including replacing some tired looking fake pillars at the front door. With a 10 year warranty (much longer than most companies) we’ve always been delighted with their responsiveness when any niggles have arisen. The latest team worked very hard for the two weeks they were here and we are very pleased with the results (they even cleaned out a blocked gutter). Unicorn installed missing lintels over all windows needing them - something the original company should have done - and provided bespoke designs for the new porch, the bay window moulding and our arched window. Removing the Georgian bars at the back of the house has let much more light in, whilst retaining them at the front and side has kept the house in keeping with the rest of our road. We have no hesitation at all in recommending Unicorn Windows for any of your door or window requirements.

From initial contact with Unicorn Windows, all the way through quotation, detailed pre-work on site survey and final windows fitting, service was excellent. Quotation was accurate and adhered to, product was as described and fitting team were on time, professional and produced an excellent final result. Completely to our satisfaction. I hadn't used this company before but wanted to use a local trader, who I know do lots of work in Leighton Buzzard. From the initial consultation , through survey and then fitting, I found all involved to be highly professional and a pleasure to deal with. The fitters took 2 days to replace all windows and patio doors, clearing up after themselves and were very pleasant to deal with. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone and would definitely use them again.

Unicorn replaced my kitchen windows with a type that opens from the bottom, to enable me to reach the handles. They also replaced some child lock hinges on my bedroom windows. The whole process was very smooth from the initial contact to the final invoice. Before the installation I had several queries which were answered very quickly and explained thoroughly. They always answered the phone. The fitters were very friendly and professional. They were tidy, quiet and respectful of my home. They went over and above to help me, taking time to adjust the handles and didn’t leave until I was completely happy. With the final invoice came a booklet explaining how to maintain the windows which I will find very helpful. A first class service from all the Unicorn staff I dealt with.

8 year old front door had a blown glass unit which Unicorn agreed to replace. It wasn’t available when we had other work done, but were given some dates that weren’t convenient. We suggested last Thursday but Unicorn said they would confirm. Fitter arrive at 9am to our surprise, fitted the panel and left within half an hour. Very pleased with completed job.

Called into Unicorns' windows office as we had blown units and were delighted that we could get an estimate later that day. The surveyor came out a day or so later to confirm measurements. Given an estimated delivery time, which was acceptable. We were phoned to say they had a cancellation for the 13 June, earlier than anticipated, which we accepted. Fitters arrived on time at 08:30 and soon had the old UPVc unit out. They prepared the site and again had the new unit in and complete by 12:15. All rubbish was removed from the site, and a few cosmetic items were remedied. Very pleased with the installation and the operation of the new unit.

What a great company, goes that extra mile what a shame all companies aren’t like this Chris and David who are more than helpful . The fitting team, Steve and Sam with their attention to detail impressed me.. Hugh, nothing was too much trouble, the only company I would recommend to anybody for a great job

From the time we first spoke to Unicorn Windows till the job was completed was just a couple of weeks, the new doors were fitted professionally and quickly with now mess left or making good to do, very pleased.
