Ward Brothers Bathrooms REplaced my mother's bath with a walk in shower. Everyone we dealt with was extremely helpful and professional whilst giving lots of helpful advice as to the best way to complete the work. They were also very courteous and accommodating working around the needs of my elderly mother. They went the extra mile to make sure that the job was completed to the highest standard. I will definitely be using this company again for any of our plumbing needs and therefore would highly recommend them.

We are now 2 weeks into the use of our fabulous remodelled en suite bathroom, installed by the Ward Bros Bathrooms team and my wife and I couldn’t be more pleased with how it’s turned out. Having a technical background allied to the building industry and having run my own contracting company some years back, I was not impressed by responses to some of my original enquiries but when Jamie of Ward Bathrooms called to discuss the project he gave me the confidence I was looking for. Shortly after his visit and survey I received a fairly detailed written estimate. Although this was a bit more than expected and some other figures received verbally, and in spite of a 3 month wait to the anticipated start date, I decided to give them the job. I was not disappointed. Their scheduling was good and they actually managed to start 3 days early. Right from the outset their care and attention was first class. From the daily covering of carpets, dust sheets and screens to minimise dust etc outside the work area, to the clearing up at the end of each day and keeping me regularly informed of the daily programme and progress. I kept a close eye on progress and was impressed by their work ethic and attention to detail. A big thank you to all the onsite crew, Jamie, Gary, Brian, and a short appearance on site from Zach but not forgetting Jade in the office. A very affable and capable team who I would thoroughly recommend.

An extremely helpful & professional company, from my very first contact with Jade, to the work being carried out by Jamie & Gary. Having just moved into our new home, we noticed a crack in the shower tray. After exploring the trusted traders on WHICH’s site, I contacted Ward Brothers, Jamie came out to give us a quote & explained the different options available to us. Our en-suite is now useable & looks amazing, thanks to Jamie & Gary’s workmanship. Ward Brothers converted my upstairs shower room into a wet room and I am absolutely delighted with it. The work was done by Gary, Jamie and Mark who were not only professional, brilliant at what they do, punctual and tidy but also friendly. The job was completed on time and in line with the very reasonable estimate. Communication was excellent from Brian’s first visit to discuss the work and provide an estimate through to the completion of the job. I am retired and at home a lot of the time. The advice and ideas were extremely helpful and thoughtful of the needs for a disabled person. They came, worked quickly had the rubbish removed and left little mess. The small hiccup re the water connections was dealt with promptly and efficiently. I can recommend them.

Ward Brothers converted our bathroom into a smart wet room. From start to finish the team were able to offer advice on the design of the room, choice of fittings and explained clearly how they would ensure everything was finished to a high standard, as indeed it was. From removal of the bath, old shower etc to the waterproofing of walls, underfloor floor heating, new basin units, tiling that was a work of art and above all the drainage of the floor the work was immaculate. They are a highly professional, friendly team who were a pleasure to have working in the house. I cannot recommend highly them and are so pleased we chose them to carry out the work.

Excellent customer service throughout the whole process from planning to helping us with purchase the right goods and keeping us informed throughout. Ward Brothers carried out a full family bathroom refurbishment for us including removing of all original fittings, change of layout and plumbing, installation of underfloor heating, all new fittings and tiling. We were in no doubt we wanted Brian to do the job after our first consultation, which came largely a result of his expertise, professional attitude, approachability and heaps of advice. Brian, Gary, Jamie and Mark worked tirelessly and to schedule, informing us of the various stages of the process and checking our preferences as they progressed through the works. They were patient and helpful throughout a few delivery delays and we were happy to rely on their professional opinion when we grappled with decisions. Our main concern was waterproofing the shower area, which we were shown and reassured was done to an extremely high standard. The rest of the house was always left tidy at the end of the day. The communication from the initial quote, through to amendments and final invoice breakdown was superb. The bathroom refurbishment was completed on time and we are thrilled with the result. We would not hesitate recommending Ward Brothers to others.

Complete refurbishment of upstairs shower room which included the removal of all existing fittings and wall tiles and replacement with new fittings, including power shower and retiling. Also replacing cold water tank in the roof space to remedy problem with airlocks. Brian, Mark, Gary and Jamie did a first class job to a high standard, this included lining the walls behind the shower cubicle before tiling to ensure there was no damp. The work was carried out efficiently with the minimum disruption. At the start a protective covering was placed on the hall, stairs and landing carpet and at the end of each day, the area was left tidy. Brian made some professional suggestions regarding the plumbing in the roof and the best position in respect of the various items in the shower room which included re-positioning the basin. I am very pleased with the end result so would definitely use again on any future work.

We wanted a complete bathroom refurbishment, involving a total change of layout and the installation of a shower cubicle and freestanding bath. I needed quite a bit of help and guidance with planning the bathroom, and Brian was endlessly patient and helpful, which I really appreciated. When the work started (on time), I couldn't have been more impressed. Just had Ward Brothers fit a downstairs wet room for us in Epsom. They sorted levelling the flooring, underfloor heating, professional tanking, glass door and amazing tiling for us. It looks great, everything works perfectly and everyone in the family loves it! They were helpful in their suggestions and punctual, tidy and went above and beyond to do the job. They also sorted out various problems with our main bathroom with water running away slowly in the shower, taps incorrectly fitted and a basin fitted too high. Now delighted with the main bathroom. Ward Brothers are a family business and we cannot recommend them more highly, wish I’d found them years ago.

Over two years ago we had the Ward Brothers install a wet room, we were so impressed with their quality and friendly service They’ve just installed our new main bathroom. Once booked the installation went very quickly and without a hitch, I am very happy with the end result, everything from the electrics, plumbing, flooring and tiling was installed to a very high standard, they’ve even put a discreet hatch so I can have water shutoff valves installed. I would be happy to use them again but I’m running out of bathrooms!

Have just had my bathroom completely redone by Ward Bros and am absolutely delighted with it. The job was completed to the highest standard and looks fantastic. The guys were great workers punctual, considerate and very skilled. What I particularly liked was how proactive they were in checking back with me on my requirements, the job they were doing and their suggestions - generally better than what was in the plan!
