I called Michael in to investigate a fault which was triggering the RCD and which we could not ourselves identify. He was able to come later that day and was very thorough and methodical and narrowed it down to our conservatory. He left after the hour he had promised us (leaving us with electricity for the rest of the ground floor) and also recommended a socket near the kettle by changed as the constant steam had rusted it. He returned 2 days later as arranged to complete the job and also replaced a faulty feed to our boiler (which fortunately we didn't need as it was 38 degrees outside) I liked the level of information he provided as he explained what he was doing and why without mansplaining. I felt he was very fair in his pricing and didn't waste time to bump up the bill. He was calm and professional at all times, tidy, communicative and I would definitely use him again.
