We chose West Norfolk Glass after obtaining several quotations, largely due to their strong reviews and Which? Trusted Trader status. Initially, we had planned to replace our single-glazed wooden windows and doors, but due to the age and condition of the property, the project expanded to include dormer re-cladding, fascias, soffits, guttering and barge boards. We also upgraded to triple glazing, which was surprisingly affordable. The installation team (Ryan, Reed, Richard and Craig) were excellent throughout—professional, hardworking, highly skilled and, importantly, tidy, always leaving work areas clean and swept each day. Some issues were identified during installation, but these were handled efficiently and effectively by the installation team. Several triple-glazed units needed replacement due to imperfections (not caused by WNG), with one still awaiting a manufacturer visit. Further delays with scaffolding removal meant the project took around 4–5 weeks overall (including revisits) rather than the 10 days originally quoted. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the final result. The workmanship is excellent, minimal decorating was required, and John, the installations manager, and his team were a pleasure to deal with. We would recommend West Norfolk Glass for their workmanship and professionalism, but advise confirming timelines, ensuring expectations are clear from the outset, and being fully aware of industry standards on glass quality.

I rang West Norfolk glass as I had a slight problem with the key in my patio/ French doors. Amanda the receptionist, who was very helpful, quickly arranged to have one of thier staff call in. Within 6 minutes Paul rang and arrived Within the hour, pleasant a friendly as always. You provide excellent after care service, thank you 😊

I had the front door, patio door and 4 windows changed, from double to triple glazed windows. Love the sliding patio door! After the installation, had to have remedial work done satisfactory. The installers worked hard in the cold and rainy days! Competetive price, good communication and overall, quite satisfied with the new products. Thanks to everyone in the team.

I have just had all my windows and patio doors replaced by West Norfolk Glass and I'm really impressed with the whole process. There was no messing around with the pricing (ie starting high and then discounting - the price was the price). They kept me informed about timescales and fitted in the most urgent work as soon as they could. Lloyd and Harry did a great job of fitting in the freezing cold weather we had last week - the mess was minimal (they cleaned up after themselves and even put up with my very needy dog!) They were very efficient and thoroughly nice guys. I'm really happy with my purchase and would definitely use them again.

We had a new front door and a new back door fitted. The fitters arrived on time despite the cold snowy weather. Both doors were fitted with the minimum of fuss and any mess made was cleared away completely. We asked for the handles, glass and letterbox from the old door be removed for us to keep, and this was done without question. Once the new doors were fitted the fitters explained how all the new locks worked and ensured we understood everything before they left. Very professional and I can highly recommend them. We are delighted with our new doors.

From the request for a quotation to survey and the installation WNG were perfect. Everything done on time and brilliant standard. The installation team were exceptional and even confirming the positioning of hardware.

Two workmen replaced facia boards & guttering to bungalow, this included ‘gable’ ends. They worked methodically in removing the old facia boards & guttering, ensuring/checking for any other parts needed replacing. The work was carried out over 3 days to our complete satisfaction! The workmen ensured that everything was kept tidy (cleared away) before leaving at the end of the day. The workmen were polite and courteous, it was a pleasure to have met them. We have no hesitation in recommending their workmanship as ‘Excellent’, their company is lucky to have workmen of their calibre!

Very professional service from start to finish. Quote sent in record time to check and complete. The installation date was notified, and the team arrived as promised on time. Fast and accurate installation, and all rubbish taken away, and the place left clean and tidy. Great experience and can highly recommend West Norfolk Glass in all respects.
