From my first enquiry to the fitting of the two new windows yesterday, all the people from the company have been helpful, friendly and courteous. The two fitters arrived on time yesterday and worked for over 3 hours in the blistering heat to install the windows. There was no mess at all and the windows look great. My old bedroom window only had a small window to open in this hot weather. Now I have two very large windows and the bedroom was a lot cooler last night. Very pleased with the result and would recommend this company.

Outstanding service from calling through to fix. When I called, the customer service representative who I spoke to was friendly and helpful, scheduling a visit for a time of my convenience and within a couple of days from the time of the call. The engineer arrived on time, was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. He quickly identified the fault with the window handle and fixed within 10 minutes without the need for a replacement part. I would highly recommend and use again without doubt.

We used window services to fix a window of ours. They came out on time, knew what the problem was right away and fixed it quickly.

I contacted window repair service for a quote on 7 sealed units that had blown. Within the hour I was contacted to arrange a convenient day and time for someone to come round. He was a lovely guy who quoted us for what we wanted and didn’t try to do a hard sell on anything else. He was then followed by an engineer and a date was set for the work. We were kept in the loop from start to finish, all the staff we dealt with were brilliant! The price was very good and so was the workmanship so we will be going back to them for a new front door. I’m so glad I found this company and would recommend them!

I needed a new hinge on a window that was letting in a draft. I received excellent customer service from start to finish with exemplary workmanship and communication. No messing around with price, they quote from a catalogue not the top of their heads, which I was very impressed with. Would not hesitate to use this company again or recommend them.

The initial meeting with the sales person was most valuable, and some good ideas were exchanged. On the day of installation the fitters arrived on time, the work was done efficiently with no fuss and with attention to detail which gave an excellent finish. 10/10 -- everything done "as on the tin"!

Our bathroom window lock broke; which on inspection was caused by the misalignment of the hinges; when the window was first installed. They recommended changing the hinges and fitting a new window lock which was carried out. After fitting the hinges; and the new window lock we were very satisfied with the work carried out.

This was a really great company to deal with. Price was good/competitive. A guy came to price up, a deposit was required. They turned up to do the work on the agreed day. The guys were pleasant and jovial, speedy and knowledgeable. I can highly recommend.

We used this company on the recommendation of a friend/neighbour who was satisfied with them. We found all their staff to be friendly and helpful. They did a good job in replacing misted up double glazing in outer doors and conservatory windows. Also a house window which had once been an external window, prior to the conservatory being installed. These were all measured and made to size. All carried out on the date as agreed, efficiently and cheerfully. If we need to we will use them again.

Approachable assessor, surveyor and installers. All pleasant to work with. Installation was quick and clean with the minimum of fuss. My only, small, complaint is that they arrived early and we weren't ready for them! So 9.9/10 for me.

Outstanding service from Chris and Cameron. They repaired a door and several windows replacing glass, fixing the opening mechanism and fitting new rubber gasket seals. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. No job was too small. We are very pleased with the service provided and we will certainly have them back again.

I have used Window Repair Centre previously when they created a special double-glazed window incorporating a cat-flap in a pair of patio doors. The service then was excellent, as was the product. They have kept in touch with me since then. No more than one call a year asking if the doors were still good and asking whether I was considering any other work. No pressure, just a friendly one-off call once a year. That's good service. So, when I did move some eleven years later and needed some windows, guess who I called? They visited promptly, listened to what I wanted, advised the best course of action and I ordered. Friendly, professional and trusted. The windows (including a special sized one in the lounge) were all fitted neatly, with no problems and with minimal hassle. Great price too. All in all, an excellent company to use. Highly recommended. So much so that I am now in the process of getting some additional windows fitted at the rear of the property. I have no hesitation recommending the work and services of the Window Repair Centre.

Our fourteen-year-old front door had gone out of adjustment and would not close properly, so we rang the Window Repair Centre in Cheadle to arrange for it to be repaired. It was arranged that an inspector would come round first to assess the problem, and he turned up right on time as planned, decided what needed putting right, and told us how much it would cost. We then received an appointment for a fitter to call, just six days later, and he too turned up punctually, and soon had the door adjusted and back in order. We were very satisfied with the service we received and would have no hesitation in using this firm again.

We have dealt with this company several times and always found them very easy to deal with. This time we needed three windows replaced. We first received a quote which we agreed then we had a guy who measured the windows and finally we had them fitted. All this was done within ten days and to our satisfaction. Appointments were made to suit us and were prompt. Their actual fitting took about twenty minutes and the old windows were taken away and everything was left as expected. We are very pleased with this company and would recommend them.

The team replaced my full height living room window, bricked up the bottom half and fitted a lovely new window. At every point, from quoting to completion, they were helpful and polite. I was left with absolutely no mess to clean up and I'm really pleased with the finished job. I will definitely be using the company again.
