I've used this Company a number of times before and they've always provided good price and service. I agreed the details and price when the salesman came round and then confirmed it about 2 weeks later during the surveyor visit. The fitter arrived at the time and date agreed and took about 2 hours to remove the old frame and fit the new one. He made sure the new frame was fully sealed and took away all of the old frame. He made sure I was happy with his work before he left. I also had a call from the Company afterwards to make sure I was Happy

From getting a quote to final fit everything went smoothly and to plan. Contact and correspondence of when everything would be carried out was also adhered too. The final fit was carried out on time and workmanship from fitting to tidying up was second to none. Would fully recommend this company whether it’s just a small or large job. Top people to work with.

From first contact to completion of work excellent, cannot be faulted, any problems are resolved at once. I first started as a customer in 2007 and annually need replacement of one or two windows or locks. Very satisfied and happy to recommend this business.

New patio doors & 2 windows were replaced. Everything was very efficient, from Rep to Surveyor & to the fitting, which was completed in a day & to a high standard. Would use them again.

We had two windows replaced, one a large plain double-glazed unit and the other a smaller ornamental window. They were replaced on schedule by two very polite men and we were very happy with the ornamental window design being exactly correct but found a small fault in the glass of the larger window. We contacted the shop and they immediately arranged a replacement, which was installed 10 days later free-of-charge, again by the same polite men who took great care in not bringing in any dirt or rainwater on their boots. Helpful advice was also provided in the best/easiest way to clean the many windows in our conservatory, which was much appreciated. This is a company whose service we would recommend very highly indeed!

I had my upstairs bedroom windows, new front door and lounge windows replaced. I also had the underneath of my lounge window bricked up (previously plastic paneled) and pebble dashed to match the rest of the front elevation of my house, Internal plastering and the list goes on. All was achieved in super quick time and all to the highest standards. The correspondence throughout with Carl, was outstanding. His attention to detail when offering options and explanations was second to none and he has the patience of a saint. I highly recommend 'The Window Repair Centre', you will not find a similar company that is better, trust me I have used them before on a patio door installation. They are simply the best.

The agent called around when he said he would. Very pleasant, not at all pushy. I chose what I wanted and he priced it up. Knowledgeable about product differences and applications. Just had a new door and surround fitted by two very proficient lads who left everywhere very clean. I had a problem locking the door so called for assistance, my agent came out and showed me again how the door locks engaged and how to work the mechanism again. Can’t fault the service or the pricing. All very efficient. I would use them for any other work I need doing.

Cannot praise the Window Repair Company enough. From the initial enquiry, the service was excellent and seamless. We had a smart glass conservatory roof installed along with replacement window panes and new guttering and facia boards. The quotation was great value for money considering the scale of work. The installers were excellent and did a very thorough and professional job. All the work was done in a day and a half despite appalling weather conditions. Highly delighted with the finished job.

Bought a door 6 years ago off this company and was having issues ,thought I would give them a call as it was surprisingly still under guarantee, explained the problem and they came out the same day due to a cancellation and sorted the door out in 10minutes fabulous service . Thank you

Everyone we had contact with was polite, professional and efficient. The job was completed when they said it would be and the young man who fitted the door was great - he even sorted out a small problem with a door handle while he was here. I would highly recommend this company.

Worked hard and promptly. Only slight problem was one piece of glass did not fit but this was swiftly remedied. Overall very pleased with the result.

We have recently had both our porch and back door replaced, having previously had the conservatory rebuilt by Window Repair Centre, including installation of an Ecotherm roof. In both instances the work was efficiently carried out and to an excellent quality. Work was carried out on the agreed dates, queries were answered promptly, and the fitters and other staff we met were always courteous and friendly.

Work carried out in a clean and timely manner at price quoted. Pleasant and polite fitters. Would use this company again.

Difficult to criticise given the speed of the process, product value and execution which were all at the top end of my expectations. The finishing by the fitters was excellent. I did have a couple of technical questions which could only be answered by the surveyor (who comes round after the deposit is paid) - but the sales guy agreed that the deposit was refundable if the surveyor couldn't give a positive response to my questions - so, in the end, there's no reason to not give a 5 star review. There was also a snag with one of the windows during the installation - these things happen - but a new unit was ordered, delivered and installed before the installation was planned to complete which was very impressive. This business has a can-do attitude. Windows look great.

I've used the Windows Repair Centre several times and they are the company I turn to whenever I need a repair of this kind. The most recent job was to replace my patio door. The old one had been fitted by the previous owner of my house many years ago and the seal had failed, leading to drafts when the wind was cold. The Windows Repair Centre handled it well: the surveyor came out and gave me a good price ( I did compare it to be sure!) and their fitters were on time and did a good job.

I contacted the Window Repair Centre to check/repair a uPVC window that wasn't closing properly. The issue was discussed and potential fault (and means to rectify) identified - expectation it was a problem with the hinge (this proved to be correct). I was contacted to arrange date and suitable time for fitter to arrive (a two hour time slot offered as the repair was expected to be relatively quick). Fitter (Chris) arrived on time. Very polite. Explained what he was going to do - then did it. No fuss. The repair has sorted the problem we were having with the window. I'll very happily use this company again.

From estimate to fitting took ony two and a half weeks. There was no hard sell just friendly and helpful information and explanations. Every one we had contact with, estimator, surveyor, office staff and fitters had the same cheerful helpful and friendly approach to their work. The company is a model of good value and excellent service.

I always use Window repair as I know I get a good price, a good job, all the staff are really helpful. They don't t use any hard-sell techniques which some other local companies use. The finished work is also top-notch. I recommend them to everyone.

Very good experience, friendly and competative. Windows fitted quickly and efficiently. The fitters were pleasant and cleaned up after they had finished.

Needed to have 3 blown windows replaced. Arranged for a gentleman to come and give us a quote. Arrived at the agreed time, measured the windows and gave us a fixed price quote. So far wonderful. Then a date was given to me for a surveyor to come out - that was fine but all he did was to measure the windows again. Why? Double work? Date proposed for the glazier to come and fit the new windows. Arrived as scheduled. Very polite, charming person. Windows fitted and away he went. Later that day one of the external aesthetic cross members dropped off. Phoned the company who were very apologetic and said that they would let me know when someone could come and fix it. Later that evening, another external aesthetic cross member dropped off so phoned the company the next morning. Again full of apologies and then two glaziers came and fixed them back on. Job done - or so I thought. The weekend came and one of the internal aesthetic cross members dropped off. Reported to the company on Monday and this morning, 29th, this was refitted. Hopefully, that is the end of the problems. Nothing major happened but it was just frustrating that these issues happened. Would I use them again? Yes, I would.

In 2017 this company installed new windows and a back door at my property. I was delighted with the both the products and the service. My house not only looks nicer but has also been a lot warmer since these were installed. Recently the multipoint lock mechanism on my back door failed, such that I was unable to lock it. I called the Window Repair Centre, who were extremely apologetic and helpful, and sent an engineer out the same day to look at it. It wasn't possible to fix the mechanism that day, as a part needed to be ordered (the part is not kept in stock as they so rarely fail), but the engineer made the door secure so that nobody could get in overnight. The next day he came back with the new part and fixed it. Although it's unfortunate that the part failed, the aftersales service from this company was second to none. People can buy from this company with confidence that in the unlikely event that anything does go wrong, it will be sorted out in a polite, professional and timely manner.
