We couldn’t be happier with our new fitted kitchen — it has completely transformed our home. From the very first consultation to the final installation, the entire process was seamless and professional. Sam really listened to what we wanted and created a layout that is both stunning and incredibly practical. Every inch of space has been thoughtfully used, giving us so much more storage than we had before without compromising on style. The finishes are beautiful, the cabinetry feels solid and high-quality, and the worktops are simply gorgeous. Mike the kitchen installer was punctual, tidy, and clearly took pride in his work. His attention to detail was exceptional — everything fits perfectly, and the final result looks even better than I had hoped for. Service was great from start to finish, Sam was great in design stage no pushy sale’s pitches, and Peter the kitchen fitter was excellent, both keeping us in the loop and well informed of what was happening. Sam also pulled another ace out of the pack with his recommendation of Paul to do the painting, the match and quality of paintwork done has given us a new kitchen. Once again thank you.

Having followed Wisteria with interest over a number of years since moving to Devon. I decided to choose the company, when the time had come, to refurbish my own kitchen. And I have to say, how very pleased I’ve been with making this decision. Since visiting their showroom at the very beginning of my journey and continuing until the end. The whole team have always been incredibly helpful and courteous throughout. From Craig, who helped me choose the designs etc. Kia in the office, always smiley and Tom, who “held my hand” throughout the refitting process in my home. Thank you for being there when required. My next project in the future will be the Bathroom. So I will see you all again then.

After having spoken to a couple of other companies and not being overly impressed, I looked on this website and saw the reviews for Wisteria and contacted them immediately. Craig came a few days later. We didn't really have much idea of what was possible, but shouldn't have worried because Craig really knew his stuff and we agreed a plan. A few days later we visited the showroom and with help and advice from Craig we decided on the fittings. We were so impressed with how easy the process had been, we decided that we would ask Wisteria to look at refurbishing the bathroom too. The results were excellent, great workmanship and wonderful customer service at all times. We did have a couple of small tweaks that were needed and these were dealt with promptly. I unreservedly recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future.

Initial meetings with Craig with several iterations in design were smooth, professional with no pressure at all. We collaboratively went back and forth with tweaks from ourselves and Craig until settling after about five iterations. The work itself involved completely ripping out a small/compact existing en-suite bathroom and refitting with upgraded fittings. This included internal wall movement to accommodate a larger shower. The main fitter Callum is extremely professional, very skilled, polite, approachable and friendly to have working in the house. Callum completed the majority of the refit with others from specialist trades contributing. Work was co-ordinated for any overlap between Callum, other trades and Craig. Callum’s “on the ground” initiative and skill enabled him to overcome any problems and potential roadblocks very smoothly. He achieved this with no drama and in agreement with ourselves by continual discussions. The resulting new en-suite is a dream to behold and to use on a daily basis. The quality of the work is superb with attention to very fine detail being outstanding. The work was also completed both on time and to budget as agreed in the quotation. Thanks to Craig, Kia, Callum, Mike, Alex, Norm, and Fraser. We would definitely recommend Wisteria Kitchens for such work and we intend to use Wisteria Kitchens for our own future refurbishment projects.

Wow! What a fantastic job Wisteria has done. The finished kitchen diner is amazing, so much more than any plan can show. We have had 5 different renovations done by Wisteria, and this was a big alteration!! Knocking the kitchen and dining room into one. We can only say thank you to everyone who had a hand in this. This is the fourth time that our family has employed Wisteria - twice at my brother's house and now, for the second time at our house. What is important to us is to use tradespeople that we know will do a good job, are fairly priced, and which are likely to still be in business if issues arise in the future. The quality of their workmanship has always been excellent and, when there have been problems, Sam is always willing to send somebody out to put things right and quickly, often without charge to the customer and well beyond a time that many warranties would have elapsed. This is a mark of good customer service. So many companies rush jobs through - quantity over quality - and corners are cut. With Wisteria, the work has always been done properly, carefully, and has taken as long as necessary. We had a main bathroom refitted by Darren a little over two years ago and Simon finished refitting an ensuite and a cloakroom last week. Both fitters were exceptional. Both refurbishments took between two and three weeks. Wisteria probably won't be the cheapest - but they will do a very good job.

Wisteria fitted a kitchen for us over ten years ago, we were very impressed with the service and professionalism of the team then, so they were top of our list for our recent bathroom refit. I’m pleased to say that nothing has changed, the team worked so hard to finish the project on time and on budget. I'm very glad I chose Wisteria to do our bathroom refit. The whole process was friendly, smooth and professional. No hard sell, no pressure, lots of choice. A special mention must go to Alex who carried out the vast majority of the work. He was always punctual, worked solidly and very carefully. He was quiet (no loud radio!) and cleaned up at the end of each day - altogether pleasant to have around. I would certainly recommend 'Wisteria' to family and friends and hope they will be returning to do our en suite when our finances allow.
