The dealings with the office were very professional and the engineer (Matt) had a fantastic attitude and sorted our underfloor heating problem out with ease. Had a problem with our boiler that kept showing fault codes and not firing up. Left a message with 1st Call Gas and someone got back to me very quickly. They had someone out the next working day. The solution to the problem was not obvious but they kept us informed all the way through. Seemed very knowledgeable - would not hesitate to recommend, indeed we will be keeping their number if we need further work in the future. Excellent organisation as far as I am concerned.

I have used 1st Call Gas a few times now and can't imagine using any other gas engineers. From the first telephone call to the final fix their team have been excellent. Even if it's just a quick boiler service to what was recently a misbehaving heating system they have been superb. The team are polite, professional, caring and efficient. They keep you informed throughout giving you good advice along the way.

1st Call Gas Services tested my chimney and then installed real flame gas fires in our 2 fireplaces. They were prompt to come out, very knowledgeable and friendly and completed the work neatly leaving no mess. I will definitely use them again for any gas work and will be recommending them to friends. The engineers themselves were charming and the ladies booking appointments in their office were extremely efficient.

1st Call Gas were recommended by a neighbour last year. So had a new boiler fitted Sept 2020. Just had them carry out its 1st Annual Service. I can highly recommend this company. They care about doing things right and making sure their customers are totally happy with the service they provide. Local Firm and Loyal customer because they look after you.

Our boiler developed a fault, the reception at 1st Call were able to book us in for a same day visit from an engineer who turned up on time and was polite, helpful and professional. The service was faultless. We had hot water restored in a matter of hours!

This was the 1st annual service for our boiler installed last year. The engineer was courteous and wore a mask as requested. The visit was postponed from earlier due to a Covid positive case but the secretary soon had a new date on the calendar. The engineer arrived in the time specified and the service was efficiently done. I would always recommend your company if the current high standards are maintained. Indeed, I have already recommended you to friends in the town who had a boiler breakdown a few weeks ago.
